The practical thing about this license plate holder is that it does NOT have a license plate plate. This means that it can be used optimally for any license plate size.
With parts certificate means that the license plate holder is supplied with TÜV papers and can be easily (and cheaply) registered.

The mount for the license plate has a dimension of 150mm height - 110mm width. In other words, all license plates that have at least this dimension can be optimally installed and cover the holder.
