Aluminum front fender for R9T Scrambler & Urban GS in the long version.
There is also a short version (see similar articles in this description).

This handmade aluminum fender is extra nice slim chosen by us. He is extra slightly narrower than the front tire, which ensures that the tire looks wider. An optimal splash protection is still given. In the long version, the fender is particularly longer in the rear part and thus looks more classic.

The fender is supplied as a kit, including a holder (which is original from BMW) and mounting hardware. This is available in silver or black (selection: color).

The supplied holder / stabilizer is made of sturdy die-cast aluminum. Some other suppliers deliver here only a simple sheet metal stamped part.
This has the advantage that the holder also provides stiffening in the fork.

The fender is available in 3 finishes: Polished, brushed (then he has a really nice polish) or black powder coated.

We give the original R9T aluminum parts the right aluminum brushed cut look. Then the parts look like the brushed aluminum tank of BMW. The parts are only chemically deteloxiert in our house, then polished by hand & brushed (therefore, the look is not always 1zu1 the same as the machined aluminum tank of BMW) and then still clear lacquer. Then the parts have the surface which should have an aluminum part and not the silver anodal. The whole takes about 2 weeks. It is possible with the aluminum hump as well as with the air tunnel.
