The original Lemkkopf nut of the R9T's is not exactly beautiful. To replace this is quite costly, because the handlebars must be disassembled for this. So we offer you here a very chic and practical cover. It is simply plugged over the steering head nut and covers this completely. The cover is put on it within seconds or pulled off again.
The Milled design of the steering head cover is the same as our other Milled Producten (tank emblems, brake reservoir cover ...)
The 755mm wide Drag Bar Alu handlebar from Rizoma is a "Fat Bar" handlebar, meaning it is in the 29mm and goes down to 22mm on the outside.

The handlebars are really nice flat and straight handlebars, which primarily provides a very sporty and front wheel oriented seating position. Especially the hardly existing crank makes sure that you sit relatively far forward leaned.

The Magura Mx handlebar is the handlebar that gives the rider the most control and power over the motorcycle and front wheel. The crossbar is slightly flatter, wider and slightly less inclined towards the rider than the original handlebar (the original width of teh R9T handlebar is 780 mm).
The handlebars provide a more front-wheel-oriented riding position, giving the rider more control over the front wheel and the motorcycle. The 25 mm more width also gives the rider more control over the motorcycle, resulting in a more active riding experience. Sitting further forward means sportier, but not more uncomfortable! For many riders, this riding position is even more comfortable than an upright riding position.
The handlebars are made of aluminum and are supplied with ABE. All cables and wires fit, i.e. the handlebars can be easily replaced. Attention, if your motorcycle does not have a Fat Bar handlebar clamp ex works (the handlebar has a diameter of 28mm in the middle and 22mm on the outside), you must also order a Fat Bar handlebar mount. This is the case, for example, with a Street Twin / Speed Twin 900 or the Triumph Scrambler 865.On all BMW R nineT models, Triumph Speed Twin 1200, Street Scrambler / Scrambler 900, the handlebars can simply be replaced with the original handlebars.
The Adventure handlebar is just right for anyone who wants to have visually a really cool handlebar, but still wants to sit comfortably and fahraktiv. Visually, the handlebar comes very close to the Cross Bar or the Magura handlebars. The small but subtle difference lies in the cranking. Because the Adventure handlebar is not as straight as the other two handlebars, but a little more cranked to the driver (which gives you a more comfortable seating position). In addition, the handlebar is a bit higher. So the perfect compromise of appearance and functionality.
The handlebars provide a more front-wheel oriented seating position, which gives the rider more power over the front wheel and motorcycle.
ATTENTION: This handlebar is a FatBar handlebar. This means it is 28mm in the middle and 22mm on the outside. On all BMW R nineT motorcycles, the handlebar can be installed just like that (no lines or cables need to be changed).On most Triumph motorcycles, the handlebar clamp must be changed to 28mm. Rizoma Race Retro handlebars with TÜV part certificate.
This classic M handlebar from Rizoma is a fat bar handlebar, which means that it has 28.6mm in the middle (at the handlebar clamp) and goes down to 22mm on the outside.
With the handlebars the bike gets a really nice and flat line, which provides a sporty riding position.
Especially on the Triumph Speed Twin the handlebars look really good (see photos). With the handlebars the bike gets a much more sporty and front wheel oriented seating position.

The original handlebar end weights can not be used anymore. We recommend the Rizoma Cap end weights (see accessories).
The Naked Bar lies between the original handlebar and the CrossBar a little bit flatter than the original one & slightly wider (790mm) than the original one (original width is 780mm). However, the handlebar does not rise as steeply to the ends as the original one. This makes for a better line (because the handlebars look nice and straight) and also for a better riding feeling.In our opinion, this is the best handlebar for the R9T for a good driving experience. The handlebar comes closest to the well known Roadster handlebar which we use a lot for the Triumph models.The handlebar is made of aluminium and comes with ABE. Tour X-bar handlebar XB 3 Dimensions: 780x200 x 85
The perfect allrounder handlebar for all R9T´s . You sit much more relaxed on the motorcycle, making it much more suitable for touring. In addition, the bike is more controllable & rideable as you have more feel to the front wheel. This handlebars does not choose as much from the original as the other two handlebars we offer. However, it offers a much more comfortable grip due to its more active cranking.

Ac Schnitzer Superbike handlebar conversion kit for BMW R Nine T Racer
Many R9T Racer riders complain about the uncomfortable seating position of the Racer. This is because the R Nine T has a rather long fuel tank and the stubs sit quite far forward. The ergonomics of the R9T are simply not optimal for a stub handlebar.With the Superbike Kit for racers, the problem is a thing of the past! Absolutely comfortable sitting position & more control over the front wheel, which gives a much more active riding feeling and which together with the handlebar of the half shell remains completely intact (the handlebar does not destroy the overall line of the bike as you can see in the photos). An absolute must for every country road and curve "Racer"!
The increased comfort is achieved by a much more upright sitting position, which should eliminate pain in the back and wrists.Seat position compared to the original stumps: 11cm higher / 6cm closer to the rider / 4cm wider (more leverage, more control over the front wheel).

When fitting a new handlebar to all BMW R Nine T models, it is necessary to drill two holes in the new handlebar. The original fittings are then locked in place.
Since it is not easy to drill a hole in round material (like a handlebar) and these have to be exactly opposite, we offer this drilling template. This is simply put around the handlebar and screwed. So it is very easy to drill the two holes exactly opposite each other.
