Product information "DB-Killer Zard 400er extension"
To use the DB-Killer on the Zard exhaust system, a fine welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away. Afterwards the exhaust has to be reworked at the guide for the Segering.
If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here, then the exhaust will be delivered with easily removable DB-killers (by snap ring).

The exhaust is equipped with removable DB-killers for all who would like the sound to be even more nimble.In order to remove the DB-Killer from the exhaust system, a welding spot that is difficult to access must be drilled out and milled away.If you want to have this done, you have to order the additional article DB-Killer Zard Exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).
The exhaust is available as a road version (with EC approval) and as a racing version (without EC approval). Due to the low interest we do not have the racing system in stock (delivery time on request).
Black: The complete exhaust system is supplied with a black ceramic coating.

A beautiful, short exhaust system for the Bonneville T120 - T100 with E-number for Euro 4 & Euro 5 models. ATTENTION! For the T100 Euro 4 models, the system has no approval! This exhaust is supplied complete with new manifolds, which are then also connected to the original KAT box.
The Zard Short as well as the Slim 2-2 rear silencers have a nice muffled and rich sound. The DB-Eaters are demountable. All mounting hardware is included. The EC-approved rear silencers have an engraved E-number and do not have to be entered in the vehicle documents. This results in a weight saving of approx. 5 kg.
In order to be able to remove the DB-killer on the exhaust system, a difficult to access welding spot must be drilled out and milled away. The removal takes a total of about 1/2 hour of work.If you want to have this done, you have to order the additional article DB-killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).
The exhaust is available for the Euro 4 model in two versions: In the Short it is the shorter variant and in the Slim the slightly longer. If you order the Slim variant, you can convert the exhaust to the Short variant at any time.For the Euro 5 models there is only the slightly longer Slim version.

Zard 2-2 slip-on stainless steel exhaust for Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC & XE with E-number (for both the EU 4 and EU 5 models).
The two rear silencers are positioned very close together in order to achieve the slimmest possible line. The large openings created by the slash cut on the end caps make the rear of the bike look even beefier and emphasize the off-road look of the Scrambler.The heat protection plate from the original exhaust system is retained. The accessory heat protection plate, which you can see in two product photos, can be found under the accessory items in this description.
The exhaust also delivers slightly more power than the standard system (see pictures for power curve).
The sound of the Scrambler is already audibly better and throatier with the exhaust, but in our ears it doesn't have the desired AHA effect that you would hope for. Sound video with original DB killers see below.We recommend people who like it a bit throatier and louder to order our additional Zard Racing DB-Killer (see accessories article in this description without road approval).In order to be able to remove the original DB-Killer from the exhaust system, a welding point that is difficult to access must be drilled out and milled away (takes a little more than half an hour). If you want to have this done, you must order the additional item DB-Killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).If the sound is still not enough for you, you will then have to install the H-pipe (cat replacement pipe).
The exhaust system is available either with E-number or as a racing version (without E-number). The end caps are also available in stainless steel (same design as the rest of the exhaust) or carbon fiber (surcharge).

The Zard Short exhaust system for the Street Twin / Street Cup is probably the shortest exhaust on the market. It runs directly under the engine and ensures that the entire rear wheel remains clear.
Completely made of stainless steel with ABE (road approval), it fits on the original manifold and is a plug & play replacement for the original rear silencer.
The Zard Short exhaust is a visually very nice short & crisp exhaust in a classic design that fits perfectly to the Street Twin / Cup. In terms of sound, the Zard exhaust system gives you a beautifully rich and muffled sound. The workmanship of the exhaust system is very high quality in the classic Zard manner.

Zard stainless steel exhaust for Triumph Bonneville Bobber & Speedmaster. Due to its short design, the exhaust gives the Bobber a very different and cool look, because the whole rear wheel is free.
With E-number for Euro 4 & Euro 5 models.Note for the Speedmaster 1200: The exhaust system also fits the Speedmaster, but is not homologated for it.

Raisch racing DB Killer for Zard short exhaust systems. More sound + more performance through more throughput. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB Killer there are now 3 sound variants available for the Zard systems. With original DB Killer, with Raisch DB Killer or without. Our DB killers are without ABE. They are supplied in pairs.To be honest, with the original DB-killers you only get a very small sound compared to the standard version. Since most of them do not want to drive without DB-killers, we have made this more open variant. It looks like you have a legal DB-killer in it, but it sounds really good!
