Product information "DB-Killer Zard 400er extension"
To use the DB-Killer on the Zard exhaust system, a fine welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away. Afterwards the exhaust has to be reworked at the guide for the Segering.
If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here, then the exhaust will be delivered with easily removable DB-killers (by snap ring).

Zard stainless steel exhaust suitable for the Triumph Speed 400 / Triumph Scrambler 400 X with EC approval (road legal).
The beautifully slim stainless steel silencer is a great visual match for the Triumph 400 models. In terms of sound, the systems also offer added value compared to the series. They sound beautifully muffled and throaty, giving the small Triumph 400s a sound befitting their status (but not too loud). If you like it even throatier, you can install the DB-Killer in the exhaust.
