Product information "Sprocket Nuts Stainless Steel SW & SI"

No more scruffy chain ball nuts. The black nuts are outside made of aluminium and have a stainless steel thread core, the silver nuts are completely made of stainless steel.

They can be simply pressed against the original steel nuts, which are not particularly beautiful from the surface.

Fits in black especially well to the chainrings we sell, because they are always black.

Sprocket Dual 525 - AC CB00524M / RS600
Dual sprockets are the highest quality and most technically advanced sprockets in the world. The secret is based on the combination of the durability of steel and the lightness of aluminum. The outer rim of the sprocket is made of steel (to ensure a long service life) and the inner rim is made of aluminum (to save weight).The middle parts are manufactured with high precision on CNC milling machines and are coated with a thick anodized film that prevents oxidation. Experience has shown that the Stealth sprockets last about three times longer than pure aluminum sprockets. The steel sprockets for our Twins are at least 20% heavier than the Stealth sprockets (especially with rotating masses, every gram counts!). And then there's the unique look. Classicbike-Raisch tip 45 teeth for a shorter gear ratio: We recommend fitting a 45 tooth chainring to the rear of our beloved Twin, because it only brings advantages. The bike pulls better, you can find the right gear at a constant speed of 50-60 km/h without constant jerking & your Triumph will also be faster at top speed (the standard gear ratio is clearly too long and the bike doesn't even come close to the limiter in 5th gear).

Sprocket Stealth 520 - AC CB10910M / RS1
Stealth sprocket. The Stealth sprockets are the most advanced and technically advanced sprockets in the world. The secret is based on the combination of the durability of steel and the lightness of duralumin. Duralumin is predominantly used in aviation and has a slightly greater density compared to pure aluminum. The tensile strength is about 11 times that of pure aluminum. Due to curing, duraluminum almost reaches the strength of steel. Accordingly, a lower weight and a higher resistance have been adopted. The middle parts are manufactured with high precision on CNC-mills and are coated with a thick anodic film which prevents oxidation. Eloxal is (ELelectrolytic oxidation of aluminum). The surface of the aluminum workpiece is converted into an oxide layer in an electrochemical process. This layer is definable in its thickness and makes the products treated in this way wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. According to experience, the stealth chain wheels last approximately three times longer than pure aluminum chain wheels. The steel sprockets for our Twins are 20% heavier than the Steath chainrings. Add to that the really unique look. Attention ! Please be careful to look at a chain link if you have a 520 or 525 chain.

Please choose a rear chainring in different sizes in the selection. The 45 chainring is highly recommended as a shorter gear ratio compared to the original 43! Brings out more pressure from below. In the 5th gear the red area is also touched in this way, which means that instead of the previously very tedious 200 KM/h, it is now easier to go up to even 210 KM/h.
