Large air filter cover for Triumph Speedmaster & America.

Air filter cover to replace the original with a small snorkel and low throughput.
Finally free ventilation for all models. 57% larger hole.
The K&N air filter is recommended (see accessories in this description). 
More air requires a larger main jet or a mapping adjustment.
Depending on the exhaust system. We will be happy to make a recommendation over the phone.

The air filter cover only makes sense in conjunction with larger nozzles (so order direct power or performance kit). For fuel-injected motorcycles, it only makes sense in conjunction with ECU tuning or a Power Commander. You can find the corresponding items under accessories in this description.

  Your Triumph needs this! Actually an absolute must for every motorcycle. For relatively "little" money, you get a very noticeable improvement in engine running and a clearly noticeable increase in performance.By installing a Classicbike Raisch Map (which we have tested in countless tests and many hours on a DynoJet test bench), the performance of your engine is increased and the engine also runs smoother and healthier. Motorcycles are simply badly tuned ex works in some engine speed ranges (usually too lean). This reduces the power output and the engine does not run perfectly. What can you expect from ECU tuning? A smoother running engine: If you know your Triumph 2 cylinder, you know the problems with the strong load changes and the constant jerking. Throttle application and release are very abrupt transitions. Constant jerking on slow city rides (you ride through the city at 50 km/h in 4th gear and the bike constantly jerks slightly. These problems are significantly improved by the ECU tuning and the motorcycle becomes more pleasant to ride. You can't get rid of it 100%. More power: The motorcycle gains power and torque across the entire rev range.Depending on the standard dispersion of the engine, this is approx. 8 - 10%. A suitable mapping for your engine setting:- Most Triumph Modern Classic riders have already tuned something on their bike (an open air intake / exhaust or more).If you do this, you should also adjust your mapping. We have various maps with different exhaust systems etc. & guaranteed to have the right mapping for your machine in between.   Classicbike-Raisch tips:- If you have not yet done anything to your bike and would like a little more power, we recommend other small changes to the bike that will give you noticeably more power for an affordable price.Open air filter cover + Schnuffi (see accessories in this product description) K&N sports air filter (see accessories in this product description) Open exhaust system (see exhaust category) Removal of the restiktor Paltte from the airbox (free of charge, the instructions are available on request from us for ECU tuning)- If you want even more power, you need to delve deeper into the subject matter and engine tuning. It's very simple! - You order the item here in our store (other items can also be ordered if required)- You remove your ECU (it is clamped in the battery box, the removal takes about 5 minutes).- You pack the ECU together with your order confirmation in a box and send it well packed and insured to our address. Enclose information about what has been changed on your motorcycle/engine.- We will re-record your ECU within 1 - 4 working days (usually we can do it in 1 - 2 days).

Der PC V kann einfach selbst installiert werden. Wird er wieder abgeklemmt ist alles wieder wie im Originalen Zustand (TÜV oder ASU Messungen), und an an dem Triumph Steuergerät kann nichts nachgewiesen werden. Wir liefern den Powercommander mit unseren RAISCH Maps für die Einspritzung. Dazu empfehlen wir unbedingt unseren großen Luftfilterdeckel Nr: 21125725 für 29,90. Air filter intake - large/open
Air filter intake - large/open CB00317 / RS1
A large, open air filter cover including an intake snorkel for the air box of your air-cooled Triumph Bonneville / Thruxton / Scrambler for more power. SCHNUFFI! If you install a large air filter cover, you will immediately feel the extra power. The only problem is that with increasing speed (can be from about 90km/h), the power can dissipate. (does not have to be) Some bikes even have less top speed despite more power than in the original. The reason for this is that at higher speeds, the airflow at the cover creates a vacuum, which means that not enough air can be sucked in. This is exactly what the new Schnuffi prevents. The air can flow in unhindered without beads, heels and edges. This prevents a vacuum from forming at the air filter during the journey, which would restrict the intake of air.The Schnuffi only makes sense in combination with larger nozzles for carburettors (so order directly Power or performance kit). For fuel-injected motorcycles, it only makes sense in combination with ECU tuning or Power Commander. You can find the corresponding articles in the accessories section of this description.
