2-2 stainless steel complete system in side pipe - hot rod design, suitable for all air-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.
This exhaust system gives your Triumph a completely new look with E-number & road approval.The Hot Rod system is a complete system & has optional catalytic converters installed in both pipes. The manifold pipes are significantly thicker than the original ones and look much more massive. The exhaust system also has an indifferent pipe (connecting pipe between the two pipes, which is very important for performance and torque). The original catalytic converter is replaced. The elimination of the rear silencer saves a lot of weight.
The sound of the hot rod exhaust system is top class and something special. It is really crisp / throaty and gives the twin engine a unique sound thanks to its slim muffler shape.
The exhaust system is supplied with removable DB killers. So if the exhaust is not loud enough for you, you can simply remove them. The system has a nice rich, muffled sound.
The hot rod system is of very high quality and is handmade in Italy.
Available with or without KAT: You can order the exhaust system with or without catalytic converters. No catalytic converter is required for the carburetor models (but can still be ordered if you prefer the bike to be a little quieter).A catalytic converter must be officially installed on the injection models. However, if you are looking for more sound and more power, we recommend ordering the version without catalytic converter.

Perfect for a conversion in which the rear is shortened and the rear should be as clean as possible. This gives you a really nice free view of the rims.
The exhaust system is a complete system with manifolds. We supply manifold gaskets free of charge. The silencer have removable DB killer, which can be shortened if necessary, even if you want it a bit louder.
Normally, the exhaust system is delivered in stainless steel (untreated) optics (looks very fancy). Optionally, the system can also be ordered in brushed, polished or black (for the items in the accessories of this description with order). For the black coating we use an external company (do not order it directly from Zard, because we are absolutely not convinced of their coating).
Note on the Scrambler: To mount the exhaust system on a Scrambler, the original bracket of the side stand must be cut off.Note on the photos: The cropped photo and the one on the Bonneville T120 are for illustration purposes only (since the exhaust system on the T120 looks almost exactly the same).

The exhausts are nice and tight to the bike and are a good deal shorter than the original. Classic bottle design as it must be on an English motorcycle. The exhausts are made of steel chrome plated, which rounds off the classic look skillfully.

The sound is really great! Already with DB Killer really great. Even without DB Killer wonderful still to drive without causing a stir in the city at low gas. So should sound a legal plant. We are thrilled. Real extra power without and with shortened DB Killer. Great finish in polished stainless steel.
We also offer an additional racing DB killer for the exhaust. This is virtually just an open pipe that is pushed into the end and screwed. The takes no sound away but there is something in the exhaust (see accessories).
You can drive the EFI models of course without cat, but this would not be allowed! For optimal exhaust gas routing and power output, the manifolds are modified by us inside.
