The matching flasher in the set (4 pieces for a pair of turn signals) in order not to cut the original wiring harness. These plugs are crimped onto the cables of the turn signals and can then be easily and quickly inserted on the cable harness side.
This module is simply clamped between harness and headlight bulb. The assembly takes about 5 minutes.
The purpose of the module is that when the ignition is switched on, but the engine is not running yet, the headlight will be off to conserve the battery. Anyway, if you want to have the light on while the engine is not running, you just have to turn on the high beam switch and turn it off (that's exactly how you turn the light on when the engine is started). This module can be decisive whether the motorcycle starts again or not (especially with the EFI models, since they do not start anymore at a voltage drop of 0.1 Volt). And what could be worse than not coming home on a tour because of a low battery?
The light bulb is not affected.
Is needed if you install LED turn signals and do not replace the flasher relay. One set is enough for a pair of turn signals.
These resistors are the universal solution for virtually all vehicles and all LED turn signals, if there is a problem with the flashing frequency (even on models where you can set the frequency in the speedometer).
It is also sufficient if you install a set of resistors (usually offers better for space reasons in the back), although you install 4 LED turn signals on the vehicle.
