Product information "LED headlamp insert 5 3/4"

J.W LED headlight inserts for 5 3/4 inch headlights.
These LED headlights provide extremely bright light. This makes you feel safe on the road even in the dark. The original H4 headlights are simply not very bright (is just technology from yesterday).
With this LED insert, even the night becomes day.
high beam: 1600 lm / low beam 1020 lm




Regardless of the safety aspect, such a bright LED light is also visually impressive! Who does not know it from the car? A car with xenon or LED light has a completely different effect than one with cheap H4 bulbs.
The J.W. Speaker LED inserts have an adaptive cornering light, which provides even more safety at night.
Cornering light means that when you steer, additional, external LEDs come on to better illuminate the bend, just like you know it from modern cars.
The insert is available in black & chrome (see photos)


The installation and connection is very easy, by a plug&play cable to a H4 connector.


The headlight fits into our accessories 5 ¾ inch headlight (see accessories).

Bates Style 5 3/4 inch lamp kit with H4 headlight bulb.The kit gives the front of the machine a completely different style! The headlight is much smaller than the origjnale, moves closer to the bike and is mounted with a new bracket from below (at the fork bridge) and no longer on the side of the fork bars. The matching bracket and mounting material for mounting are included in the kit.Works with the original speedo as well as with all accessories speedometers from our program.The headlight has an outer diameter of 160 mm, has a metal housing and is with E-number.To mount the kit, the original regulator and the ignition lock must be relocated. For both we have installation kit in our program (both is done quite fast). You can find the kits under the accessories articles in this description.Built in is the H4 headlight insert (see pictures), if you want to have the LED insert like on the other pictures, you have to order the insert (see accessories in this description).Alternatively, the same kit is also available with an LED insert directly in the headlight (see similar articles). This one is a bit simpler than the one mentioned above in the accessories. To get an even cleaner front, you can optionally order the headlight sheet metal (see accessories in this description).

Ein Hochwertiger Metall Scheinwerfer im Stil & Groesse des Scheinwerfer von Scrambler und Bonneville T140 & Spirit. Dient hier optimal als ersatz um den billig wirkenden originalen Plastischeinwerfer zu ersaetzen. Oder bei anderen Motorraederern um einfach einen etwas kleinen Scheinwerfer zu verbauen. Die Kabel muessen zum Teil unter den Tank verlegt werden.

Headlight Plate Bates
Headlight Plate Bates CB11990M / 4
The aluminum headlight plate, in combination with a 5 3/4 inch Bates headlight, cleans the front of your bike. If you have a small 5 3/4" headlight, which is mounted centrally on the triple clamp, the small headlight gives you a fairly clear view of the steering head and all the wiring.To get a nice clean front end, there is now the aluminum headlight sheet metal (available in silver (raw aluminum), black powder coated or brushed and then clear coated). The sheet metal is simply put between the two triple clamps, behind the headlight (headlight does not have to be disassembled) and then fastened with leather straps (included in the scope of supply, optionally in black or brown) to the two fork legs (fits nicely, so that nothing rattles). An assembly instruction is naturally also included.In addition, an edge tape is included in the scope of delivery, which looks nice and classic on the one hand and protects the cables and wires on the other hand. Does not fit on motorcycles that still have a speedometer cable installed.
