Exclusive Classicbike-Raisch x Mass 2-2 stainless steel complete system in Side Pipe - Hot Rod design, with E-number / road approval.Suitable for all Triumph Bobber models.
The Side Pipes are in our eyes the nicest exhausts for a Bobber. It's nice and short, freeing up the rear of the bike. In addition, the much thicker manifolds than the original ones, as well as the short beefy rear mufflers make the Bobber look beefier.
The system is a complete system. The manifold pipes are significantly thicker than the original and look much more massive. The original catalytic converter is retained.The side pipe system is 4.8kg lighter than the original exhaust of the Bobber.
The sound is nice and rich and muffled. Customers can choose from 6 sound variants with the Side Pipe exhaust system: - Standard with the built-in DB-killers (which can be removed with one screw).- Racing DB-killer, with which the motorcycle is louder but still DB-killers are installed (must be ordered separately, see accessory items in this description).- Without DB-Killer - With cat flap removed: A plate is welded (only tacked) between the manifold pieces, which ensures that the exhaust gases are forced to pass through the cat. The plate can be cut out, so that the exhaust gases are then routed directly through the manifold. So you get a straight pipe and the cat is almost dead. This option can also be used with the 3 different DB-killer variants. You can also see the plate under the product photos.
With our first own exhaust system, it was especially important to us that it not only has a nice design, but that it is also very good quality.The side pipe system is handmade in Italy at the company Mass, with which we work very closely.The processing, the material / surface and the accuracy of fit are very good.
The matching flasher in the set (4 pieces for a pair of turn signals) in order not to cut the original wiring harness. These plugs are crimped onto the cables of the turn signals and can then be easily and quickly plugged on the cable harness side.

Just like the Thruxton R / RS, a very wide fender is also installed on the Euro 5 Speed Twin, as well as the bulky plastic holders. The absolutely coolest thing about the rear end is that we have trimmed something to be able to realize the kit legally. Due to the short rear end of the Scrambler, it is not possible to construct a license plate holder that adheres to the specified 30 ° angle and at the same time ensures that the license plate does not make contact with the rear wheel when the motorcycle times really strong compression. So we came up with an ingenious adjustment for the license plate that makes it possible to adjust the angle of the license plate.This allows the license plate to be set a little steeper in continuous operation, which of course also looks visually more awesome. Option 1: You order a set of 3 - 1 turn signals + turn signal holder in addition and mount these on the right and left side of the license plate (100% legal solution). Option 2: You order the Shorty taillight + weld-in housing, insert a mini LED taillight in the original rear frame and install normal turn signals. Turn signal holder: Here are 2 different to choose from.- The Vario turn signal holders are screwed together with the license plate on the license plate holder and can be adjusted in width, so they can be adjusted to fit any country, any turn signal (with 8mm thread - most turn signals have) and any license plate size. - The turn signal adapters - Scrambler 1200 are attached to the frame of the Scrambler, making the turn signals very inconspicuous (but are still in a legal position). This variant is only legal in kombiantion with a central taillight (because the taillight may not slide so far into the rear and 3-1 turn signals would not be legal at this point).

The LED bracket milled from aluminum is specially designed for the original Triumph hump seat of the Thruxton 1200 models and fits absolutely perfectly to this seat.Even with the original 2 man seat, the LED tail looks absolutely awesome!

Turn signal:

Many have waited longingly for a really nice narrow fender, which lies flat over the front wheel and has the exactly fitting length. Finally there's a matching fender for the Thruxton R that gives the front of the bike the right line. The original mudguard and the holders are just too wide and bulky. A real cafe-racer needs a narrow fender that's nice and flat above the front wheel!

The Short Front Fender for the Thruxton is just that. It gives the front end of the bike the right line.The original wing as well as the brackets are simply far too wide and clunky. A real cafe racer needs a narrow mudguard that lies nice and flat over the front wheel!

Very often and for a long time we sat in front of our Thruxton and thought that this is a sharp bike! But something just does not fit. Something is not right in the front part!After some considerations, drawings and a few beers we realized that the headlight and the speedometer are just too high. The position of the headlight spoils the nice, flat & straight line of the bike. So we developed a kit to lower the headlight and the speedo 4cm. Also the headlight moves 1,5cm closer to the bike and doesn't stick out as far to the front.The kit consists of 2 CNC milled aluminium lamp holders, a milled speedo lowering and screws.The lamp holders can be exchanged Plug & Play for the original ones. The speedo lowering is simply screwed between the speedo holder and the speedo. Assembly time approx. 10 minutes.

This lamp holder kit offsets the original headlight and the speedometer of your Bonneville T120 & T100.
Whenever you look at a Bonneville or see photos, you think yup a really chic classic, but something just does not fit 100%. Something is not right in the front part! The headlight and the speedometer sit just too high, which does not fit perfectly in the line of the bike.So we have developed a kit, with which the headlight and the speedometer is set about 3cm lower. Also, the headlight comes 2cm closer to the motorcycle.Due to the deeper seated speedometer, this nestles much better to the triple clamp even in the top view. So it looks like he would fit perfectly to the triple clamp and no longer as if he was just somehow screwed to it (see pictures).Also, a nice side effect is that the regulator has to be moved from in front of the triple clamp behind the water cooler. If you are worried that it might get too hot there, you are wrong. Triumph installs the same regulator on other models from the factory also behind the radiator.
The lamp holders have an 8 hole, for mounting turn signals. Pretty much all accessory turn signals on the market have an M8 thread and thus fit into the hole (who wants to continue to use the original turn signals, you have to drill yourself a second hole). We recommend to the kit the Motogadget Tens or Pin turn signals, which simply fit best to the holders (see accessory article in this description).If you do not want to mount turn signals on the brackets, we recommend ordering a pair of turn signal plugs (see accessory items in this description).

RAISCH fork cartridge conversion for various Triumph Modern Classic models.
We completely convert your fork to a valve-controlled system with new fork springs (adjusted to the rider's weight). This transforms the simple standard fork, which partly works according to the old two-tube system, into a state-of-the-art fork with a fully adjustable cartridge system. The Speed Twin Euro 5 models are fitted with an upside-down fork ex works, but this does not work very well either (see some test reports in motorcycle magazines). Unfortunately, the standard fork is very tough and stiff.
With our cartridge conversion, the fork works much more smoothly and sensitively, resulting in a great increase in comfort without sacrificing sportiness and performance,
The rebound and compression damping are fully adjustable. The so-called rebound and compression damping is responsible for the rebound and compression speed of the fork. This means that the fork can really be adjusted to all conditions from soft to sporty and firm with just a few turns of the adjusters, resulting in a completely new riding experience. The adjustment range of the rebound and compression damping can really be described as large and effective, which is not really the case with all forks on the market.
This conversion must be carried out by a specialist workshop with the appropriate expertise and special tools (e.g. a lathe is required for some models). For this reason, we only offer this conversion as a complete conversion in-house, including parts. You send us the two original damper tubes and everything is sent back to us ready for installation with new oil seals and special Öhlins oil for cartridge forks.
Note on the Bobber / Speedmaster:On these motorcycles, the fork is lengthened by 10 mm when the cartridge is fitted. This slightly improves the lean angle clearance of your Triumph. If this is important to you or you need more ground clearance and lean angle clearance, we recommend our lift kit (can be found under accessories in this product description).

Heck-Weck Kit Triumph Speed TwinMit diesem Heck wirkt die Speed Twin deutlich sportlicher und wird ihrem Namen gerecht. Das Heck wird ein Stück kürzer durch den Kotflügel, der demontiert wird. Dadurch sieht das Heck richtig schön knackig aus!
Blinkerhalter: Diese müssen einzeln dazu bestellt werden. Ihr findet zwei verschiedene Blinkerhalter unterhalb der Beschreibung.Blinkerhalter Vario: Die Blinker werden mit den Vario Blinker Haltern direkt am Kennzeichen befestigt (die Blinkerhalter können in der Breite eingestellt werden, damit jeder Blinker bei jeder Kennzeichenbreite in der perfekten Position sitzt).Diese Version ist legal & StvO konform. Blinkerhalter Federbein:Die Blinker werden mit einem Halteblech von innen am Federbein montiert. Wenn die Zündung ausgeschaltet ist denkt man fast an dem Motorrad sind keine Blinker dran (man sieht sie aber gut genug, wenn sie Leuchten. Ist allerdings so nicht Stvo konform, da die Blinker zu weit im Heck sind).
Das Kit besteht aus: Einer Aluminium Unterschale (dient als Spritzschutz im Heck & als Halterung für Elektronikbauteile unter der Sitzbank), einem Aluminium Nummernschildhalter (beides schwarz Pulver beschichtet), einer LED Kennzeichenleuchte (mit E-Nummer, Bohrungen am Kennzeichenträger sind bereits vorhanden), allen Kabeln, Steckern & Schrauben die zur Montage benötigt werden (ein Stecker der in den original Kabelbaum passt ist enthalten), sowie eine sehr ausführlichen Schritt für Schritt Montageanleitung.

Classicbike-Raisch aluminum underride guard in ripped design for water-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.
The oil pan guard is manufactured in Germany from aluminum. The part is cut on a laser machine and then bent in stages to ensure a rounded look. As a result, the guard has the same line as your Triumph's frame downtubes.
The engine guard is available in either raw aluminum (silver) or black (powder-coated).
On the one hand, the underride guard protects the oil pan from stone chips and rough damage if you should ever touch down.On the other hand, it also looks very good. The lower engine/frame area looks much more harmonious than in its original state.The gap between the two frame tubes is closed and you no longer have a clear view of the technical parts.The elongated ribs of the sheet metal have a classic look and loosen up the protection.

Alcatraz Clip on Lampengitter - mIt einem Klick / Handgriff am Scheinwerfer befestigt und auch wieder abgenommen.Das praktische bei dem Clip on Lampengitter ist, dass dieses innerhalb von einer Sekunde angebaut ist. The lettering is 130 mm long and 15 mm high. The 3D style (sticker is raised and made of thick plastic) gives the sticker a particularly high-quality look. The lettering in black looks very good as a contrast on all other colors, as well as black on black on a black tank, for example.

Scrabmler 1200:Tip: In our opinion, the Scrambler 1200 models have a suitable ratio from the factory. Who wants to have it but even shorter, for nch more punch in the field, we recommend the 46 teeth chainring. For a slightly longer ratio, we would go to a 42 teeth chainring and / or a 17 teeth RItzel.

It gives the front end of the bike the right line.The original fender as well as the brackets are just way too wide, too chunky and has way too big of a gap between the fender and the front wheel.
We also offer the fender still as a "Long" version, for those who find the Short a bit too short (see accessories article in this description).

Classicbike-Raisch aluminum chain guard.
This chain guard was not like most other accessories chain guard simply copied from the original and then optically slightly modified. He was designed so that he runs as flat as possible over the chain to look visually optimal. Because both the original chain protectors as well as most of the accessories, have a lot of air upwards to the chain. Nevertheless, our chain guard is granted that this gets no contact with the chain when driving.In addition, the protection is much shorter than the original which protrudes far beyond the sprocket. This looks visually much better and more harmonious. A good splash protection is thus widely granted.
The Raisch chain guards are made of 2mm aluminum. Available in: Black, Black gloss & brushed in aluminum. The black are powder coated, which also over years a deep black tone is granted, which does not discolor over years as with anodizing.The aluminum brushed are made of raw aluminum, which are brushed with a brush structure in the direction of travel. Should the aluminum over the years times no longer look so beautiful (for example, by salt, this can be easily re-brushed with an abrasive flow).
Connectable aluminum CNC machined tank cap with Union Jack design.This noble milled tank cap is designed extra flat, so that it fits as close as possible to the tank and looks nice and discreet. Milled from the full, with a nice elegant milled UK Jack flag and a knurl all around. The knurling looks very good and is very comfortable and grippy for the haptics when opening the lid.The good thing about this lockable fuel cap is that here you simply use the original fuel cap. So you do not need an additional key. These CNC machined aluminum turn signal adapters allow the mounting of almost all accessory turn signals with M8 thread on the original turn signal holder of all watercooled Triumph models.
The shape of the turn signal holder fits exactly on the original Triumph motorcycles and is screwed to the original holder. The accessory indicators are then simply pushed into the arm of the adapter and fixed with a grub screw.This way you can easily install accessory turn signals on your Triumph.The adapters fit both front and rear.
The adapters are delivered as a pair.We also recommend to order matching turn signal plugs so that you don't have to cut anything off the wiring harness (see accessories in this description).

The benches are produced in small series and completely handcrafted here in Germany. We have deliberately chosen a very high quality artificial leather (with grain looks like real leather!) for the bench, as it is more durable & easier to clean. In addition, artificial leather bleaches hardly to not at all and retains its dark black. The upholstery is made of various high-quality foam materials (sandwich construction) to provide the highest possible seating comfort.The seat base plate is made of extremely high-quality and stiff plastic. Thus the plate can be kept very thin, whereby the seat is beautifully flat, does not become unnecessarily heavy and is nevertheless completely stable.

This mirror kit provides a really flat & cool line above the handlebar, because with these mirrors there is nothing more. An extremely cool style, because the mirrors are hardly noticeable. Because of the adjustable articulation on the mirrors, they can run flat and straight under the handlebar. Nevertheless you have a good view to the rear (better than in many other accessory mirrors which are mounted above the handlebar), because you don't have to look past the shoulders anymore, but only at the waist.

When mounting the mirrors you have to be careful, because they have to be adjusted exactly, so that you have a view to the rear, but the mirror does not reach the tank when hitting the handlebar. (Mounting instructions included).

Thruxton 1200 / Speed Twin:Tip: In our opinion, the Thruxton & Speed Twin models from the factory have a fairly appropriate gear ratio. But if you want it even shorter, we recommend the 44 tooth chainring. For a slightly longer ratio, we would go to a 40 tooth chainring and / or a 17 tooth RItzel.
Scrabmler 1200:Tip: In our opinion, the Scrambler 1200 models have a suitable ratio from the factory. Who wants to have it but even shorter, for nch more punch in the field, we recommend the 46 teeth chainring. For a slightly longer ratio, we would go to a 42 teeth chainring and / or a 17 teeth RItzel.
To the Enuma chain: Enuma chain 525 MVXZ2, the absolute highest quality chain on the market! There is cheaper, but nothing better. This chain offers through the Quadra-X rings a significantly improved service life compared to the O-ring chains used by the motorcycle manufacturer and to the X-ring chains of other accessory manufacturers. They prevent in the best possible way the penetration of dirt and moisture and provide additional grease chambers.Attention. A screw lock must be ordered separately (see accessories). A pair of fork tube covers in black powder-coated.
The covers make the fork look much more massive (because it looks wider), which makes the fork look much higher quality and provides a sustainable better look. In addition, you get a uniform black line on the front of the bike.
To install it, you have to loosen the upper triple clamp and pull it off to the top. This is done in no more than 30 minutes.
The original turn signals, with the retaining clips above the standpipes can not be used further.
For models that still have factory turn signal clamps around the fork, we have extra covers in the program, which are shorter and can be mounted together with the turn signal clamps together. You can find them under the accessories in this description.
RAISCH brake caliper with four pistons, made in Germany by ABM. CNC machined, glass bead blasted, deep black matte anodized and provided with a high-quality milled R logo. Probably the most beautiful and best, on Triumph Modern Classic models, working caliper on the market. Fits StreetTwin, Bonneville T100, Streetcup, StreetScrambler, Bobber, Bobber Black, Speedmaster, Bonneville T120 & Thruxton 1200.
We have developed this beautiful caliper together with the company ABM. The result in terms of braking performance and workmanship is sensational. A center bar makes it impossible for the caliper to warp under pressure. The difference to the series 2-piston calipers from Nissin is striking.The optical gain speaks volumes! Although the brake is only a small part on a motorcycle, but a high-quality milled brake makes compared to the simple series calipers visually very much.
No adapters are needed for mounting as with some other solutions, because the brake caliper is mounted directly on the receiver as the original. Due to the matching piston sizes in the caliper, the original brake pumps can be used without restriction. A great pressure point makes this caliper almost a 2-finger brake. A second brake disc in the 1-disc models is no longer missed there.
Extensive tests under really sharp conditions of "Racinghenne" showed no fading. In the models with two calipers, the braking performance is quite raised to the level of the Thruxton R (Brembo) brake. Anyone who has ever ridden a Thruxton R knows how big the difference is.
We supply this caliper without brake pads. There are different brake pads available (you can find them here in the article under accessories).
The RAISCH brake calipers are delivered with TÜV parts certificate. Delivery includes new, black steel braided brake line (free of charge). If NOT the original handlebar should be installed, please be sure to specify in the comment field when ordering, which handlebar is mounted (affects the brake line length). Please also specify the motorcycle in the comment (also affects the matching brake line).
Easy assembly / bleeding: Who would like to simplify the bleeding during the conversion as well as for the future considerably (or be rid) we recommend the Stahlbus bleed valve (see accessories article in this description).

LSL StreetBar steel handlebar in 1" or 22mm

The kit gives your Bobber a complete look! By removing the Plastig airbox and the side covers, you get a cleaner look on the free frame hole, which you can look into from the side and from behind. This saves you having to do your own tuning on third-party test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, this also results in a more harmonious and smoother running engine. We increase the rev limit by 500 rpm, which is within the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not street legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. It is relatively easy to install yourself.
