Timing belt drive kit for the water-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.
The timing belt drive is primarily designed to reduce the power loss from the gearbox output to the rear wheel. In addition, the usual maintenance work associated with a chain is a thing of the past. No more chain tensioning, no more chain lubrication and, above all, no more removing chain grease/dirt from the bike.And the best thing about the belt drive is that there are significantly fewer / more harmonious load changes and MUCH less constant ride judder, which is already quite strong on our beloved Twins from the factory.

Original Triumph lock washer for the chain sprocket of all water cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.
The plate should be replaced when replacing the sprocket for safety reasons.
BMC sports air filter as a replacement or exchange for the original if it is worn out. The air filter offers a much better airflow than the original paper filter, which provides more power. However, the engine can only do more with the air (and generate more power from it) if the mapping of the motorcycle is adjusted by a Power Commander. For this purpose we offer complete tuning kits which contain everything.Since these air filters are metal mesh filters, they do not need to be replaced after a certain mileage. Explanation of the motor wear: After the engine has been switched off, the oil returns from the circuit to the oil pan. In the event of an early cold start, the engine needs between 200 and 300 revolutions to supply the most important friction points with oil. Synthetic oils from MOTUL, especially ester oils, stick to the metal parts due to their polarity even after the motor has stopped because of its polarity, ensuring rapid lubrication after the first stroke. The synthetic low-viscosity oils offered by MOTUL offer the additional advantage that the engine is lubricated much faster. MOTUL has demonstrated this in a long-term test with the TÜV Rheinland. This oil is capable of reducing any oil consumption. We drive this oil ourselves for many thousands of kilometers, and even Dauverollgasetappen with extreme demands easily mastered this product.
Skyrich lithium-ion power battery with extra power. For the weight fetishists among motorcyclists.The power battery has more vapor than the original battery and starts your bike more reliably. Even if the cylinder is in a bad position (e.g. TDC) and the normal battery would not be able to turn the engine, the Power battery will not let you down. The battery also has more capacity.

Overcharge Protection (OP)

Models with 37 teeth: This gear ratio is clearly too short! With a shorter one, the acceleration, traction and top speed are increased. In addition, the motorcycle rides at 50-60 (city speed) much more relaxed, because the constant Fahrruckeln is significantly less.
Models with 42 teeth: This gear ratio is well chosen ex works. Who would like to have it still somewhat sportier, which can make itself the 44er on it.
Models with 44 teeth: Is an already quite sporty chosen, short transmission. Who wants to have it a little more suitable for long distances, we recommend the 42er chainring to install.
The dual sprockets are the highest quality and technically advanced sprockets in the world. The secret is based on the combination of the durability of steel and the lightness of aluminum.
