Product information "Sprocket Nuts Stainless Steel SW & SI"

No more scruffy chain ball nuts. The black nuts are outside made of aluminium and have a stainless steel thread core, the silver nuts are completely made of stainless steel.

They can be simply pressed against the original steel nuts, which are not particularly beautiful from the surface.

Fits in black especially well to the chainrings we sell, because they are always black.

Chain set complete for all models 1200cc engines with 525 chain. Series ratio of the motorcycles see table below.Attention not all gear ratios are possible or make sense. See model specific descriptions below. ATTENTION: For Euro 5 vehicles, the control unit must be reprogrammed if the gear ratio is changed. This requires the OBD Bluetotth adapter + the Tune ECU program (the Bluetotth adapters can be found under accessories in this description).Please check beforehand in the Tune ECU program whether it is possible to set your desired gear ratio (not every gear ratio is possible on all models) Enuma 525 chain kit The kit includes a very high quality Enuma chain, a chainring (choice of a black steel chainring or a stealth chainring in gold / black) and a sprocket.A bit further down in the description, you have to pack your wish gears to the set.In addition, a rivet lock is included. This pushes the bike down again significantly more powerful, but still does not lose top speed and the konztant jerking at low speeds is somewhat smoother.A larger chainring than the 42 teeth is not provided in this kit for the Bobber. Who would still like to have this, which can contact us, then we put together an individual kit.Attention: If you have installed a side number plate carrier (e.g. the Wunderkind from our range), you need a longer chain. Thruxton 1200 / Speed Twin:Tip: In our opinion, the Thruxton & Speed Twin models from the factory have a fairly appropriate gear ratio. But if you want it even shorter, we recommend the 44 tooth chainring. For a slightly longer ratio, we would go to a 40 tooth chainring and / or a 17 tooth RItzel. Scrabmler 1200:Tip: In our opinion, the Scrambler 1200 models have a suitable ratio from the factory. Who wants to have it but even shorter, for nch more punch in the field, we recommend the 46 teeth chainring. For a slightly longer ratio, we would go to a 42 teeth chainring and / or a 17 teeth RItzel.    To the Enuma chain: Enuma chain 525 MVXZ2, the absolute highest quality chain on the market! There is cheaper, but nothing better. This chain offers through the Quadra-X rings a significantly improved service life compared to the O-ring chains used by the motorcycle manufacturer and to the X-ring chains of other accessory manufacturers. They prevent in the best possible way the penetration of dirt and moisture and provide additional grease chambers.Attention. A screw lock must be ordered separately (see accessories). A rivet lock is included in the scope of delivery.

And just below the bike it pushes again differently.In addition, the chainring is black and looks even better.An absolute recommendation from us!Attention at Bonneville T120: Triumph has changed the swingarm length of some models (Thruxton & Speed Twin NOT affected) over the years (new models have longer swingarms).Who has a longer swingarm can only use the 42 chainring in combination with a longer chain (this can be ordered from us on request). With a shorter one, the acceleration, traction and top speed are increased. In addition, the motorcycle rides at 50-60 (city speed) much more relaxed, because the constant Fahrruckeln is significantly less. Models with 42 teeth: This gear ratio is well chosen ex works. Who would like to have it still somewhat sportier, which can make itself the 44er on it. Models with 44 teeth: Is an already quite sporty chosen, short transmission. Who wants to have it a little more suitable for long distances, we recommend the 42er chainring to install. The dual sprockets are the highest quality and technically advanced sprockets in the world. The secret is based on the combination of the durability of steel and the lightness of aluminum. The outer rim of the sprocket is made of steel (to ensure long life), the inner one of aluminum (to save weight).The central parts are manufactured with high precision on CNC mills and are coated with a thick anodized film that prevents oxidation. Based on experience, Stealth sprockets last about three times longer than pure aluminum sprockets. The steel sprockets for our Twins are at least 20% heavier than the Stealth chainrings (especially with rotating masses, every gram falls into the weight!). In addition, there is the unique optics.
