The Razor short steel fender is the shortest rear fender available for the Triumph Bobber models. The fender comes ready painted in gloss black. The fender is suitable for all Bobber models. The perfect fender for anyone who would prefer to ride without a fender at all, but because of the splash protection does not want to do without it. The Razor is just long enough to protect the airbox / electronics box of the motorcycle, but visually protrudes only minimally above the swingarm. Classicbike-Raisch recommends when converting to the short fender, 3-1 taillight / turn signal to install as well as a side license plate holder. The fender is supplied plug & play with all mounts (also for the chain guard) for the original mounts.

Shorty Slim rear wheel fender for Triumph Bobber.Probably the narrowest and sportiest fender available for bobbers. Known from our Race Bobber conversions, on which we install the fender. The fender is just right for you if you want to give your Bobber a slightly sporty touch or even convert it to racing tires (as shown in the product pictures). The short and narrow line offers a very clear view of the rear tire.On the one hand, this provides minimal splash protection (shock absorber, battery, airbox and electrical components are fully protected) and on the other, a short, sporty mudguard looks even better than none at all. The mudguard mounting system allows you to position the mudguard individually. This is because the distance between the fender and tire is freely adjustable. Especially if you are aiming for a sporty look, the mudguard should be positioned close to the tire. This adjustment can easily be made on the suspension system of our fender. The mudguard can also be optimally adjusted when using different tire types. Note, however, that a tire expands at high speeds. Therefore, a minimum clearance of 7 mm should be set. For an even more minimalist look, the mounting point for the original chain guard can be removed. You can remove this if you want to use our short chain guard or even ride without it at all. Like all KRT Framework parts, this mudguard is manufactured by Marvin (KRT) himself. From the prototype to the mold production to the finished carbon part, all work steps are carried out in-house. Our mudguards are manufactured using the RTM process, whereby the carbon fiber is impregnated with resin under vacuum and heat. This process enables extremely light and precisely fitting components. The fibers and resins used for production meet current aviation standards and are also used in the construction of rotor blades.   Versions and their surfaces: The mudguard is available in a visible carbon version, for which we use a carbon canvas fabric that is also used by Ducati and Porsche. On request, owners of a Bobber TFC can obtain a special version in which we use a twill weave. The matt finish visually matches the original carbon parts of the TFC. However, as the TFC is limited, this part is only produced on request. We also offer two ready-painted versions: one in gloss black and one in matt black. Both match the original colors. For those looking for individual color options, an unpainted RAW version is available. The LED Stripe rear is the most noble & elegant rear for nineT models that we have in our range.The rear of your nineT is given a minimalist & modern look with this kit, through the filigree milling bracket and the modern LED strip & completely legal! The tail light with breaklight is with E-number and the tail complies with all StvO standards. Here nothing needs to be registered with the TÜV. Simply attach & enjoy. The LED bracket milled from aluminum fits perfectly to all BMW original seats as well as the BMW hump. A perfect fit on all seat benches is guaranteed by the spacer kit, which is included. This kit contains different spacers to distance the height of the milling bracket perfectly to the respective installed seat. The kit of course also works with numerous seat benches from the accessories, such as the Cool Seat from our range.Also with the passenger pillion frame everything fits perfectly. The bracket for the LED strip is milled from an aluminum block in Germany and then anodized deep black. The LED strip (with E-number) is then glued into the milling bracket. For the R nineT Euro 4 & 5 models, the plastic box for the control unit is also replaced. This is unsightly on the one hand because it is made of plastic and on the other hand because it builds up very low and thus disturbs the line of the rear area. Through the new aluminum sheet you no longer look from the side on the edge of the box & the rear gets a perfect line. The scope of delivery includes all materials, such as screws, cable ties, heat shrink tubing, connectors, etc., as well as a very detailed step by step instructions to ensure easy & problem-free installation. Our recommendations:Variant 1: License plate holder HeckWeck R9T / This holder is mounted centrally under the rear and was developed specifically for the LED Stripe rear (StvO compliant does NOT need to be registered). This is the holder, which is also mounted on some product photos.Variant 2: License plate holder HeckWeck R9T - Short / This holder is mounted as in variant 1 centrally under the rear and was developed specifically for the LED Stripe rear (StvO compliant must NOT be registered). The difference to variant 1 is that the short version is much shorter and has an adjustment for the angle of the license plate. This allows us to mount the license plate significantly shorter (steeper than 30 °) but for TÜV or controls within a handle to be able to put down to 30°. Variant 3 Side license plate holder:There are 4 different holders to choose from: 1. the Vario holder: an inexpensive (but still very high quality) holder reduced to the bare essentials (the most inconspicuous of all), which fits all license plate sizes and is variably adjustable in position - must be registered individually.2. the Rizoma holder: Probably the highest quality holder of all. This holder is supplied with a parts certificate and can simply be fitted (does not have to be registered with the TÜV).3. the adjustable bracket: A sophisticated bracket with an aluminum license plate, which also has variable adjustment. The AC-Schnitzer holder: A license plate holder milled from solid material with parts certificate.   Turn signal: In the milling bracket is on both sides a 8er bore, this allows it to mount any turn signal with an M8 thread. A clean fender without a central bead, designed significantly shorter than the original.Unlike the original fender and most other accessory fenders, the flashed fender still has a flare on the side, which underpins a classic chopper handle. Indicators and rear lights are also reduced to a minimum and integrated into the fender struts. Even if you don't notice them at first glance, you can't miss them in action thanks to modern SMD LED technology. Equipped with an E-mark and arranged in such a way that they meet all StVo requirements, you can mount this fender kit in the reassuring knowledge that you are 100% legal on the road. The kit is manufactured entirely in Germany.   Materials used and production method: The fenders are made from the finest carbon. The material is placed by hand in a negative mold and then baked under vacuum and heat. This process makes it possible to produce lightweight and extremely accurately fitting parts. Only high-quality components are used for the materials, including fibers and resins, which are also used for the production of rotor blades. The mounting system, which is connected to the mudguard, is made of laser-cut and folded aluminum. After machining, it is powder-coated black. These brackets are designed so that you can adjust the height of the fender in relation to the tire. The fender struts themselves are made of steel to make them visually slim yet stable. A slotted hole is incorporated in the lower mounting for height adjustment. The turn signal cable exits from the bottom of the fender struts and can be routed directly behind the swingarm tube to enable inconspicuous routing. Without high-quality electronic tools, the whole thing can hardly be carried out professionally. But we also have a plug & play solution for this in our range. The fender struts with integrated lighting are already pre-wired and equipped with a high-quality 4-pin plug on each side. This plug is molded directly onto the end of the cable and sealed watertight thanks to the IP66 protection class. This is particularly important in the swingarm area, where the plug can get a lot of moisture. We have assembled a pre-wired cable harness for the rear for this plug. With this, the mudguard can be easily fitted plug & play. A little tip: If you order a KRT license plate holder at the same time, the license plate light will be supplied with the matching plug for our wiring harness (please contact us personally after ordering). This means you don't have to bother with individual cables during the conversion, but can plug our cable set directly into the original 8-pin plug of the original wiring harness.
