Complete Airbox Eliminator Kit from Classicbike-Raisch for Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200.
The kit gives your Bobber a complete look! By removing the Plastig airbox and the side covers, you get a cleaner look on the free frame hole, which you can look into from the side and from behind. You also have the cool look of the open DNA metal mesh air filter and the black painted intake manifolds, which ensure that the filters run at the perfect angle to the frame.
Unlike many other manufacturers, we didn't want to simply develop a kit that removes the airbox and somehow attaches individual filters to the bike. We wanted our kit to really give the bike performance! This requires an optimum intake path, which is guaranteed by our intake funnels. With the appropriate mapping (Power Kit Stage 3), the power increases by +13 hp / +15 NM - if our side pipe exhaust system is also installed and the Stage 5 mapping is fitted to the motorcycle, this results in an increase in power of +29 hp / +30 NM.The kit can also be installed without a new mapping and the motorcycle will get a little more power. However, our clear recommendation is to do this in conjunction with a new mapping (power kit). On the one hand, the engine will then run healthier and on the other, you will get a clearly noticeable increase in power. You can find the power kits under accessories in this product description.

Installation instructions
When new, the DNA filters are purple due to the oil with which they are lubricated. Over time, they darken and lose their purple color completely. We recommend ordering the air filter care set (see accessories in this description) for filter care/cleaning. After cleaning and oiling, the filters are slightly purple again (as a tip for those who like purple).
The large air filter cover replaced the original air intake snorkel on the air box and allows the engine to suck in more air.
Due to the higher air flow resulting from the larger cover and the shorter air intake, the engine gets more power when the mapping is adjusted accordingly.Optimal for everyone who wants to tinker and tune his motorcycle.

In addition to the assembly of the camshaft we recommend further tuning measures such as a larger air passage, cat replacement pipe, sport exhaust and of course a new engine tuning. Some suppliers sell camshafts with the information that the motorcycle would adjust itself. These statements are absolute nonsense, since the electronics only have a very simple control circuit (jump probes) in the exhaust system and also have no mass air flow meter in the intake system. Therefore a mapping adjustment is necessary (Power Commander, ECU Flash). If you want to have it Plug & Play, you can use our ready made power kits.
Our racing camshaft has of course sharper control times than the series camshaft. We achieve significantly more torque from the middle of the rev range and thus also a significantly higher peak power without losing anything in the low rev range. The engine revs up more freely and willingly, simply makes it more fun to turn and is much more agile on the gas.

BMC sports air filter as a replacement or exchange for the original if it is worn out. The air filter offers a much better airflow than the original paper filter, which provides more power. However, the engine can only do more with the air (and generate more power from it) if the mapping of the motorcycle is adjusted by a Power Commander. For this purpose we offer complete tuning kits which contain everything.Since these air filters are metal mesh filters, they do not need to be replaced after a certain mileage. They can easily be cleaned with a cleaner and re-oiled (see accessories in this description).
These X-Pipes replace the original Kat-Box / front silencer, which provides a much more pithy sound. In combination with an additional open exhaust system, this results in a really throaty, dull but also loud sound.Also in combination with the original exhaust system you get a much more pithy sound.This is exactly how a 2 cylinder must sound!In addition, the original manifold connecting pipes that go from the cat box to the rear silencers are replaced.Additionally, the X-Pipe and the new manifold pipes result in a significant weight reduction.If you are not only interested in a more beautiful and louder sound, but also in noticeably more power, we advise you to install a large air filter cover and a sports air filter. In addition to that, you have to install a Power Commander and tune the bike on a test bench.The original paneling can be reinstalled, so that the X-Pipe doesn't attract attention.The installation of the X-Pipe / removal of the cat is not legal.
Chainring for 1200ccm engines with 525 chains 44, 42, 40 or 37 teeth.

The original motorcycles have shorter gear ratios: Bonneville T120 37 teeth / Bobber 37 teeth (much too long gear ratio) / Thruxton 1200 & Speed Twin 42 teeth Motorcycle runs much better with the shorter gear ratio over the complete rev range (maximum speed is also not lost). And just below the bike it pushes again differently.In addition, the chainring is black and looks even better.An absolute recommendation from us!Attention at Bonneville T120: Triumph has changed the swingarm length of some models (Thruxton & Speed Twin NOT affected) over the years (new models have longer swingarms).Who has a longer swingarm can only use the 42 chainring in combination with a longer chain (this can be ordered from us on request). As an alternative to the 42er chainring you can also use a 16er sprocket 40er chainring, which results in almost the same transmission ratio as the 42er chainring.You can simply measure if you have installed the long or short swingarm on your motorcycle (see the product photos).Attention at Bobber & Speedmaster: If a side plate holder is installed on the motorcycle (e.g. from our program), then the original chain is only sufficient for the 40er chainring. If you still want the 42 chainring, you have to buy a longer chain from us. Is available on request.

Original have the bikes: a 41er chainring outside, which is clearly too long. With the conversion to a 44er chainring, the motorcycles have noticeably more pressure from below. The bike runs much better with the shorter gear ratio over the entire engine speed range (maximum speed is not lost).
In addition, the chainring is black and looks even better.

Oil temperature gauge for all Triumph Modern Classic models.High Quality made in germany by Ries Motorsport.
The temperature gauge achieves by splash oil quite good Messwerde (the temperature deviates according to manufacturer tests about 10% downward, this one must simply add on top).
The thermometer is simply used in place of the oil plug and is thus very well in the field of view, if you look down briefly. Important note: An engine should not be fully loaded until the oil temperature reaches about 80 degrees. You'd be surprised how long that can take depending on the outside temperature. Also, be careful in traffic jams when it's hot. Air-cooled engines need a break when it gets too hot. A quick look down will tell you.
In addition to the practical aspect, the oil knife also looks good.

The assembly of the quickshifter is very simple and done in a short time (no cable cutting, soldering or changing is necessary).A detailed, model related description with pictures is included. First and foremost, such a quickshifter is of course really cool if you are just really sporty and want to shift through the gears as quickly as possible. Simply shift up a gear under full load and the automatic takes over the work for you. You can't shift any faster!However, it is also very pleasant when driving relaxed through the city to not have to pull the clutch every time you shift up. I find it especially pleasant when you accelerate a bit faster from 20 km/h to e.g. 70-80 km/h and you can shift through gear by gear in a relaxed way.
For all those who don't know what an automatic gearshift does. This interrupts the ignition during the shifting process (only when shifting up gears). This allows you to shift up the gears without pulling the clutch & without taking away the gas.

We have driven the automaton on our own Thruxotn 1200 over a complete season and tested extensively before we offer it to you. It works really outstanding! A Power Commander allows an individual mapping to be loaded onto the motorcycle. This is recommended if you make changes to the engine and you want to tune the motorcycle on a test bench.
FuelX is a state-of-the-art electronic plug-in fuel injection optimizer for a light engine tuning on your Triumph Scrambler 400 X.
It automatically tunes the engine for better operating parameters, constantly monitoring, learning and adapting to the condition of the engine and accessories (such as air filter and/or exhaust) as well as environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, altitude, etc. It always ensures that the engine runs in the safest and most optimal range.
This results in a little more power in the lower to medium speed range and, above all, a smoother engine running, a smoother throttle response and less load change.
What exactly does the box do?
In the lower to medium speed range, the motorcycles are tuned quite leanly at the factory. In this area, the motorcycle can adjust the injection quantity using the data supplied by the lambda probe.
