BMC sports air filter as a replacement or exchange for the original if it is worn out. The air filter offers a much better airflow than the original paper filter, which provides more power. However, the engine can only do more with the air (and generate more power from it) if the mapping of the motorcycle is adjusted by a Power Commander. For this purpose we offer complete tuning kits which contain everything.

Since these air filters are metal mesh filters, they do not need to be replaced after a certain mileage. They can easily be cleaned with a cleaner and re-oiled (see accessories in this description).
