Product information “ PowerKit Street Twin 65 hp version / Speed Twin 900”   Power Kit Stage 1 Street Twin 65 hp version / Speed Twin 900 consists of:  - BMC sports air filter   - Raisch air filter cover (with larger air intake)   - USB stick with RAISCH special mapping for direct transfer to the ECU   The peak power increases by 2.6 hp and the maximum torque by a good 7 NM. 
Vmax speed limit of 178 km/h is lifted by our mapping. We increase the maximum speed by 500 rpm.
   At approx. 5000 rpm we even achieve an increase of 7 hp and 10 NM As you can see from the performance curves, the entire usable speed range becomes stronger! And the middle rev range in particular, where you mainly ride, becomes significantly more powerful. The upper rev range is also more snappy, the engine revs up more willingly and freely, it simply feels freer and livelier! The throttle response is beautifully smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves drivability.   The increase in performance and improved driveability is active in all drive modes.   The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used.   
The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were elaborately determined with a lot of time on the test bench.   These mappings can be downloaded to the vehicle yourself via app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug & play solution. This saves you having to do your own tuning on third-party test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, this also results in a more harmonious and smoother running engine. We increase the rev limit by 500 rpm, which is within the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not street legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. PowerKit Street Twin & Street Cup Stage 3. Consists of: Raisch Racing camshaft, sports air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping) & a new Lima cover gasket.The series camshaft of the 900er models has very tame timing, you have a high torque at quite low revs, but from 4500 rpm the torque and therefore also the power kinks strongly. With our Racing camshaft you achieve a significant increase in power + 10.5 hp and + 2.5 NM at the peak values. You have to leave some springs, below 3300 rpm you lose a bit. However, this range is not really full throttle relevant and therefore one runs over the "power loss" without noticing it (look at the stage 4 +, here the lower speed range is stronger). Above 3400 rpm you have a clear increase in performance. At 6800 rpm you even achieve a plus of 16 hp and 16.5 NM. Finally it's a pleasure to turn the 900cc engines a bit. Instead of air there is now fire, if you want to be sporty on the road, or need reserves for overtaking. But also the important, medium speed range around 4000-4500 rpm is noticeably stronger than the series, see also performance diagram (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group). Our mappings have been determined with a lot of time on the test bench. These mappings are immediately uploaded to the Powercommander by us, resulting in a Plug&Play solution. The Stage 4 + Kit for the 900 models should show what open mufflers can do in addition to the Stage 4 Kit. In this case we tested the HBS 605, which gave us very good results. But also other mufflers, like the Remus with our Racing DB Killers bring similar increases. You can find the corresponding mufflers under the category mufflers in our shop, but we are also happy to advise you. Of course, we have the appropriate mapping ready and can install it directly on the Powercommander. RAISCH TUNING für Street Twin, Street Cup 900ccm Motor. Unsere Abstimmungen und Leistungsdiagramme wurden alle auf einem Dynojet Prüfstand der neuesten Generation ermittelt. Triumph gibt seine Leistung an der Kupplung an. Die Leistunsgdiagramme basieren aber auf der Hinterradleistung und somit kann man das nicht 1:1 vergleichen. Zwischen der Kupplung und dem Hinterrad gehen ca. 5 PS und 6NM verloren. Die kann man sich auf die Leistungsdiagramme einfach drauf rechnen. Um es einfach zu machen, haben wir in den Beschreibungen einfach nur die effektive PLUS Leistung zum Seriemotor in PS und NM angegeben. Triumph gibt im Prospekt eine Drehmoment von 80NM und 55 PS an der Kupplung an. Unsere Messungen ergaben 83,8 NM und 58,6 PS. Unser Stage 1 KIT bietet schon einen sofort spürbaren Leistungszuwachs. Jede weitere Stufe bringt eine gewisse Steigerung. Richtig interessant wird es dann aber ab dem Stage 3 KIT, wo unsere Raisch Racing Nocke zum Einsatz kommt. Unsere Tuningsstufen sind modular aufgebaut. Wer bei Zeiten ein Upgrade möchte , bekommt das passende Mapping dazu kostenlos von uns aufgespielt. (Voraussetzung der Powercommander wurde bei uns gekauft).
Unsere selbstentwickelten Racing Nockenwellen sind „Made in Germany“ und werden auf modernsten CNC Maschinen aus einem Rohling  produziert. (Nicht zu verwechseln mit billig hergestellten Nockenwellen aus Gussmaterial)
Es wird ein spezieller Nitrier- Stahl verwendet, welcher anschließend durch ein Härteverfahren auf Rockwell HRC 60 veredelt wird um eine Dauerhaltbarkeit sicher zu stellen.
