Raisch DB-Killer for IXIL IRONHEAD exhaust systems.
More sound + more power through more flow. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB-Killer there are now three sound variants available for IXIL systems. With original DB-Killer, with Raisch DB-Killer or completely without. Our DB-Killer are without ABE. They are delivered as a pair.

With the DB-Killers the exhaust sounds as it should! Nice dull bassy, a little louder than with the original DB-killer but also not too loud. And you have what in the exhaust inside, so everything looks original.

In addition to the better sound, the DB killers also look much nicer due to their conical end cap (see photos).

IXIL Bonneville CB11150 / RS600
IXIL stainless steel slip-on exhaust for Bonneville. With E-number & removable DB-killer. FOR T100 WITHOUT ABEEuro 5 models from 2021: The exhaust also fits these models. However, it is NOT homologated for the Euro5 models (ie the model is behind the E-number on the exhaust is not deposited with). A really nice short muffler that provides a really sporty line. The exhaust provides in addition to the sporty short optics also for the suitably pithy sound, which must have a 2-cylinder. Really nice muffled & bassy. There are special racing DB killer developed by us for the exhaust for more sound than series and also more power (because the original DB killer is quite too). For a sound as you want it and still have a DB killer installed, making it look completely legal. See accessories in this item description. The original DB-killers are also attached with a spot weld at the factory. To be able to remove the DB-Killer, this spot weld must be milled away (then you can fix it einrach with a screw and quite simple one & remove). If you do not want to do this work yourself, you can also let us do it. See for it accessory article in this description "DB Killer removal". Who wants to have the exhaust system coated in black ceramic, which can be done by us. For this, order the accessory article (in this description) exhaust ceramic coating in addition. After that, the mufflers are completely black (the IXIL logo is then also no longer visible).

IXIL Ironhead stainless steel exhaust for Thruxton 1200 & SpeedTwin 1200. The exhaust has an E-number and is therefore road legal Attention! The approval for the Thruxton is only valid for the Euro 4 models - the exhaust is NOT homologated for the Euro 5 models (but the E-number is still on the silencer, so nobody will probably ever notice it). A really nice short rear silencer that provides a really sporty line. In addition to the sporty, short look, the exhaust also provides the suitably throaty sound that a 2-cylinder must have. Really nice and muffled & bassy. There are special racing DB killers developed by us for the exhaust for more sound than standard and also more power (as the original DB killer is quite closed). For the sound you want and still have a DB-killer installed, which makes it look completely legal. See accessories in this article description.The original DB-Killers are additionally attached with a welding point ex works. In order to be able to remove the DB-Killer, this welding point must be milled away (it can then be fastened with a screw and easily installed and removed). If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can also have us do it for you. See accessory article in this description "DB Killer removal". At the customer's request, we can also have the exhaust coated black for an additional charge.
