Exclusive Classicbike-Raisch x Mass 2-2 stainless steel complete system in Side Pipe - Hot Rod design, with E-number / road approval.
Suitable for all Triumph Bobber models.

The Side Pipes are in our eyes the nicest exhausts for a Bobber. It's nice and short, freeing up the rear of the bike. In addition, the much thicker manifolds than the original ones, as well as the short beefy rear mufflers make the Bobber look beefier.

The system is a complete system. The manifold pipes are significantly thicker than the original and look much more massive. The original catalytic converter is retained.
The side pipe system is 4.8kg lighter than the original exhaust of the Bobber.

The sound is nice and rich and muffled. Customers can choose from 6 sound variants with the Side Pipe exhaust system:
- Standard with the built-in DB-killers (which can be removed with one screw).
- Racing DB-killer, with which the motorcycle is louder but still DB-killers are installed (must be ordered separately, see accessory items in this description).
- Without DB-Killer
- With cat flap removed: A plate is welded (only tacked) between the manifold pieces, which ensures that the exhaust gases are forced to pass through the cat. The plate can be cut out, so that the exhaust gases are then routed directly through the manifold. So you get a straight pipe and the cat is almost dead. This option can also be used with the 3 different DB-killer variants.

With our first own exhaust system, it was especially important to us that it not only has a nice design, but that it is also very good quality.
The side pipe system is handmade in Italy at the company Mass, with which we work very closely.
The processing, the material / surface and the accuracy of fit are very good.

PowerKit Bobber 1200 / Speedmaster 1200 Stage 5 consists of: Airbox Eliminator Kit USB stick with RAISCH special mapping for direct transfer to the ECU ATTENTION: With the Stage 5 kit it is absolutely necessary to use our side pipe exhaust system (completely open). If you have not yet fitted the exhaust system, you can order it (you will find the exhaust system under the accessories in this product description). Peak power + 27 hp. Peak torque + 13 NMVmax speed limit of 179 km/h is liftedMaximum speed increase + 800 rpm. At approx. 6800 rpm you even achieve an increase of 29 hp and 30 NM At approx. 4500 rpm you already achieve an increase of 8 hp and 12 NM. Now there's real pressure in the boiler! If you look at the power curves, you might think that two different motorcycles have been measured here. The difference or the gain is incredible!   The entire rev range is enormously more powerful. The engine revs up more willingly, simply feels freer and livelier, can now breathe in really freely and blow out as freely as possible! From the middle rev range onwards, it really gets going and in the upper rev range, where the engine is very tired with the standard set-up and it is hardly worth revving higher, there are now fireworks. The side pipe exhaust system is simply perfect for the Bobber and teases the full potential out of the engine. It feels like there is no end to the power. The throttle response is beautifully smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves drivability.   The intake noise from the individual air filters is simply brilliant, but not too overpowering! The exhaust sound with the open side pipe exhaust system packs a real punch.   The increase in performance and improved drivability is active in all driving modes. The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used. The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were elaborately determined on the test bench with a lot of time invested. These mappings can be downloaded to the vehicle yourself via app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug & play solution. This saves you having to do your own tuning on third-party test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, this also results in a more harmonious and smoother running engine. We increase the rev limit by 800 rpm, which is within the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not street legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. It is relatively easy to install yourself. When ordering, the complete chassis number must be entered in the comments field of the order process! Mass racing DB-Killer - Side Pipe CB12476 / 1
Raisch Racing DB-Killer for Mass Side Pipe exhaust systems. More sound + more power through more flow. The racing killer have in contrast to the original, no head plate at the back of the killer.This makes the exhaust system of the sound a little more throaty and muffled, but absolutely does not become a too loud roar bag. Our DB-killer are without ABE. They are supplied as a pair.
