X-Pipe / KAT & Front silencer replacement

Often the gaskets are damaged when removing the catalytic converter (usually when changing to an X-pipe). We offer original Triumph graphite gaskets as replacements. The gaskets are sold individually. Front & rear is intended in the direction of travel.

Zard 2-2 Slip on stainless steel exhaust for Triumph Speed Twin & Thruxton 1200 Attention for Thruxton 1200 & Speed Twin Euro 5 models from 2021 WITHOUT ABE! The very high-quality stainless steel silencers are really short and crisp and, as the name suggests, are somewhat reminiscent of a Moto GP exhaust. Such a beautifully short exhaust system underlines the sporty line of the Speed Twin & Thruxton. The rather chunky original exhaust is always a bit of a nuisance on the motorcycles. If the exhaust is a little too small and sporty for you, the Zard Conical is just the thing. The exhaust also delivers slightly more power than the standard exhaust (see pictures for power curve). However, if you really want more power, we recommend fitting our performance kits. The sound is already audibly better and throatier with the exhaust, but to our ears it doesn't have the desired AHA effect that you would hope for. Sound video see below.We recommend people who like it a little throatier and louder to order our additional Zard Racing DB killers (see accessory article in this description without road approval). With the racing DB killers, the bike then has the throaty and nice muffled bass sound that a 1200cc engine should have! However, the advantage here is that a DB-killer is installed, the bike is not too loud and everything looks original.In order to remove the original DB-killer from the exhaust system, a welding point that is difficult to access must be drilled out and milled away (takes a little more than half an hour). If you want to have this done by us, you must also order the additional item DB-Killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).If the sound is still not good enough, the X-pipe (cat replacement pipe) must be fitted (see accessories in this description). The exhaust system is available either with E-number or as a racing version (without E-number). The end caps are also available in stainless steel (same design as the rest of the exhaust) or in carbon (surcharge). Black exhaust:Unfortunately, the exhaust is not available in black from Zard directly. We can have the exhaust coated black at the customer's request. We have our exhaust systems coated in Germany with a very high-quality / resistant and deep black coating.    For Swiss customers, the exhausts can be delivered with a declaration of suitability.
