Product information "Zard Rumbel Street Scrambler"

Zard 2-2 High exhaust system with E-number for Triumph Street Scrambler. In silver, the exhaust is also supplied with silver heat protection plates. The pictured black heat shields cost 79€ extra (if you want this, you have to order it under the accessories in the product description).

With E-number for Euro 4 & Euro 5 models.

The exhaust gives the Scrambler a whole new look. The two but very clunky looking original mufflers are replaced by the short and crisp Zard stainless steel mufflers. Also the sound is great! Really nice muffled. See video at the end of the description

The exhaust is with removable DB killers, for those who like to have the sound a bit more throaty.
In order to be able to remove the DB killers on the exhaust system, a hard to reach welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away.
If you want to have this done, you have to order the additional article DB-killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).

Black: The complete exhaust system is delivered in black ceramic coated.

There are special Racing DB-Killer developed by us for the exhaust for more sound than series and also more power (because the original DB-Killer is quite to). For a sound as you want it. See accessories in this item description.

For Swiss customers the exhausts can be delivered with declaration of suitability.

To use the DB-Killer on the Zard exhaust system, a fine welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away. Afterwards the exhaust has to be reworked at the guide for the Segering.If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here, then the exhaust will be delivered with easily removable DB-killers (by snap ring).

Zard racing DB-Killer CB11523 / 1

Raisch racing DB Killer for Zard short exhaust systems. More sound + more performance through more throughput. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB Killer there are now 3 sound variants available for the Zard systems. With original DB Killer, with Raisch DB Killer or without. Our DB killers are without ABE. They are supplied in pairs.To be honest, with the original DB-killers you only get a very small sound compared to the standard version. Since most of them do not want to drive without DB-killers, we have made this more open variant. It looks like you have a legal DB-killer in it, but it sounds really good! With these db-killers the Zard systems get the sound they need.
