Product information "Zard Short - Bobber / SpeedM"

Zard stainless steel exhaust for Triumph Bonneville Bobber & Speedmaster. Due to its short design, the exhaust gives the Bobber a very different and cool look, because the whole rear wheel is free.

With E-number for Euro 4 & Euro 5 models.
Note for the Speedmaster 1200: The exhaust system also fits the Speedmaster, but is not homologated for it.

Nice muffled sound, convince yourself (see video at the end of the description).
If the sound is not enough, you can remove or modify the removable DB-killer. In addition, there is still the possibility to install X-pipes cat replacement). So that one comes to a sound, as one wishes him from a Bobber.
To be able to remove the DB-killer on the exhaust system, a hard to reach welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away.
If you want to have this done, you have to order the additional article DB-killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 in addition (see accessories in this description).

Completely made of stainless steel with or without ABE. Fits so to the original manifold.

There are special racing DB killer developed by us for the exhaust for more sound than series and also more power (because the original DB killer is quite to). For a sound as you want it. See accessories in this item description.

For Swiss customers the exhausts can be delivered with declaration of suitability.

To use the DB-Killer on the Zard exhaust system, a fine welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away. Afterwards the exhaust has to be reworked at the guide for the Segering.If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here, then the exhaust will be delivered with easily removable DB-killers (by snap ring).

Zard racing DB-Killer
Zard racing DB-Killer CB11523 / RS1
Raisch racing DB Killer for Zard short exhaust systems. More sound + more performance through more throughput. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB Killer there are now 3 sound variants available for the Zard systems. With original DB Killer, with Raisch DB Killer or without. Our DB killers are without ABE. They are supplied in pairs.To be honest, with the original DB-killers you only get a very small sound compared to the standard version. Since most of them do not want to drive without DB-killers, we have made this more open variant. It looks like you have a legal DB-killer in it, but it sounds really good! With these db-killers the Zard systems get the sound they need.
