Zard Short exhaust system for Triumph Bonneville T100 / T120.
With E-number / street legal.
ATTENTION! The system is not approved for the T100 Euro 4 models. However, it is still supplied with an E-number for the T120.
General description of the Zard exhaust system
- The Zard Short and the Slim 2-2 rear silencers have a nice muffled and full sound.
- The DB-Eater can be dismantled.
- All materials necessary for assembly are included in the scope of delivery.
- The EC-approved rear silencers have an engraved E-number and do not need to be entered in the vehicle documents.
The sound is simply awesome!

Note on the DB killers (removal & racing DB killers)
To remove the DB-killer on the exhaust system, a difficult to reach spot weld has to be drilled out and milled away. The removal takes about 45 minutes of work in total.
If you want us to do this, you have to order the additional item DB-killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).
Racing DB-killer for more sound:
We have developed a special racing DB-killer for the exhaust for more sound than the series and also more power (since the original DB-killer is quite closed). For the sound you want. See accessories in this item description.
For Swiss customers, the exhausts can be delivered with a declaration of suitability.

For the Euro 4 models, the Zard exhaust system is a complete system including new manifolds.

- Short: The short version is the really short version
- Slim: The slim version is the slightly longer version - if you order this version, you can fit the exhaust in both the long and short version.

Slip On Exhaust
The Zard Slim Euro 5 variant is a slip-on silencer.
Weight saving:
Original exhaust: 14.3 kg
Zard exhaust: 4.4 kg
Versions
- Slim: Officially and plug & play, only the longer Slim version is available for the Euro 5 models.
- Short: If you absolutely want to install the short version on your Euro 5 Bonneville, you can order the Euro 4 short version. However, something has to be changed on the cat for this. If you are interested in this, please contact us personally.
- Short complete system: The exhaust system is also available as a complete short version exhaust system. However, this is the racing version without approval. If you are interested, please contact us.
