Product information "Zard Six Days Street Scrambler"

Zard 2-2 High exhaust system with E-number for Triumph Street Scrambler.

With E-number for Euro 4 & Euro 5 models.

The exhaust gives the scrambler a whole new look. The two very very chunky original dampers are replaced by the short and crisp Zard stainless steel dampers. Also the sound is great! Really nice dull. Click here for the Soundcheck

The exhaust is equipped with removable DB-killers for all who would like the sound to be even more nimble.
In order to remove the DB-Killer from the exhaust system, a welding spot that is difficult to access must be drilled out and milled away.
If you want to have this done, you have to order the additional article DB-Killer Zard Exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).

The exhaust is available as a road version (with EC approval) and as a racing version (without EC approval). Due to the low interest we do not have the racing system in stock (delivery time on request).

Black: The complete exhaust system is supplied with a black ceramic coating.

There are special Racing DB-killers developed by us for the exhaust for more sound than series and also more performance (because the original DB-killer is quite closed). For the sound you want. See accessories in this item description.

For Swiss customers, the exhaust can be delivered with a declaration of suitability.

Zard racing DB-Killer CB11523 / 1

Raisch racing DB Killer for Zard short exhaust systems. More sound + more performance through more throughput. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB Killer there are now 3 sound variants available for the Zard systems. With original DB Killer, with Raisch DB Killer or without. Our DB killers are without ABE. They are supplied in pairs.To be honest, with the original DB-killers you only get a very small sound compared to the standard version. Since most of them do not want to drive without DB-killers, we have made this more open variant. It looks like you have a legal DB-killer in it, but it sounds really good! With these db-killers the Zard systems get the sound they need.

DB-Killer Zard 400er extension CB11514 / 0

To use the DB-Killer on the Zard exhaust system, a fine welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away. Afterwards the exhaust has to be reworked at the guide for the Segering.If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here, then the exhaust will be delivered with easily removable DB-killers (by snap ring).
