Öhlins 30 mm cartridge for the original fork of the Thruxton 1200 R / RS / FE There is finally a remedy for the very unpopular big-piston technology of the original fork! The standard fork is far too tightly tuned ex works and completely overdamped. It is extremely stiff and uncomfortable. This does not give a good feeling to the front wheel. We also offer a modification of the fork set-up (see other article), which improves the fork considerably, but if you want perfect response and the best damping characteristics, you should definitely go for this cartridge conversion! The difference is really big. We are very convinced. It's simply unbelievable how much confidence you gain in the front and how nicely you can turn in with it. Of course we ride this kit in our own Thruxton!!!   Fully adjustable: spring preload, rebound and compression. This makes the front suspension just as it should be. Unit Garage lower exhaust for Triumph Speed & Scrambler 400 models. The lower exhaust from Unit Garage in Italy is a very special exhaust. Because no other exhaust is so short! A GP look as it is written in the book.And the whole thing comes with an E number (road approval). We can also issue a special certificate for Swiss customers. The exhaust systems from Unit Garage are not only very well made, they also sound more than awesome, which you wouldn't think at first glance with such a small silencer. But they really do! They give the 1-cylinder a really throaty sound! The rear silencers are supplied with removable DB killers. The rear silencer is available with or without grille (see photos). The advantage of the grille is that you can no longer really see whether the DB-killer is fitted or not. Due to its design, the exhaust is very light and ensures a considerable weight saving.   The exhaust can also be supplied with a black coating on request.

Zard stainless steel exhaust suitable for the Triumph Speed 400 / Triumph Scrambler 400 X with EC approval (road legal). Unit Garage stainless steel exhaust system complete for Scrambler 1200 models without catalytic converter.Attention not suitable for Euro 5 Plus models (from year of construction 2024). The original, top-mounted exhaust on the Scrambler is very attractive, but also impractical. The waste heat when riding is sometimes very unpleasant. This problem is solved with a bottom-mounted exhaust. The Unit Garage GP exhaust system is a complete system including manifold. The Navigator tank bag is a practical small backpack for short trips.The tank bag combines a practical cell phone compartment (with transparent film to use the cell phone for navigation) with a small, practical pocket in which you can store the essentials for a day trip (wallet/keys etc.). The part is cut on a laser machine and then bent in stages to ensure a rounded look. As a result, the guard has the same line as your Triumph's frame downtubes. Suspension lift suitable for all Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200 models. Who hasn't experienced this when riding a Bobber? As soon as the nice, winding roads start or you come to a nice big & empty traffic circle, the machine stops. In itself, the Bobber is a good to ride and agile motorcycle, if it weren't for the very low ground clearance..... Here is the solution! As the problem of our Race Bobber touching down early is also very annoying for us, we have developed a suspension lift and now you can finally ride a little faster on bends without having to worry about touching down when riding through traffic circles and making quick turns.The suspension lift is installed in place of the original strut.   The result: - The footrests are 30 mm higher - the 30 mm more ground clearance is very noticeable when leaning and the Bobber / Speedmaster touches down much later.- The seat of the motorcycle is 35mm higher.   Installation: We supply installation instructions with the lift. Aluminum wheel kit for Triumph Thruxton 1200 R / RS / TFC The aluminum rims in Y-spoke design give your Thruxton a new & sportier look. Not only do the rims look great, they also make a lot of technical sense. Classicbike-Raisch Shock mount license plate holder. The simple solution for mounting the license plate on the side of the shock absorber. A side-mounted license plate gives your Triumph a completely free / clean rear end. The stainless steel base holder is simply pushed behind the shock absorber over the spike and attached together with the shock absorber. Installation is very simple and can be completed in a short time (installation instructions are included). The license plate can be individually moved inwards and outwards using slotted holes in the base holder and 4 differently positioned holes in the license plate. First thought - just get rid of them! BUT Triumph doesn't put them on the forks just for fun. Unfortunately, it is now mandatory to have such a reflector on your motorcycle. Without one, you can no longer get TÜV approval! These black covers milled from aluminum are the perfect compromise. They look classy, add value to the motorcycle and conceal the conspicuous reflectors. Thanks to the beautifully milled Triumph lettering, they are even an attractive accessory on the fork.The covers are simply slipped over the reflectors and fixed in place with two grub screws. Plug & play indicator/tail light combination, specially developed and manufactured for the Triumph Bobber. Very bright thanks to modern SMD LED technology.Made in Germany. The set is fully wired and no soldering or crimping work is required for installation. We deliver the indicator/rear light set already wired so that it can simply be connected plug & play to the original plug connection behind the battery of the Bobber. We have also integrated a cable for the license plate light into our blinker wiring harness and fitted it with a socket. The cable for the license plate light was deliberately left long so that it can be routed to the axle mount. So it's up to you which side license plate holder you choose. This kit has been specially developed for short mudguards, such as the short version from KRT (see accessories article in this product description).We have chosen the position of the indicators to be as inconspicuous as possible, but made sure that they are clearly visible during operation. Unfortunately, this position does not comply with the road traffic regulations (StVO) and may not officially be used in road traffic, as the indicators are too far away from the end of the rear wheel (however, a 100% clear and very good view of the 3-1 indicators is given, which is why we have no safety concerns with this kit).Even though the indicators have an E-mark, the short mudguard leaves little room for maneuver when positioning the indicators.

Auch wenn die Bobber keinen Starrahmen hat wie ihr Vorbild aus den 50ern, sollte der Sitz etwas tiefer und damit näher am Hinterrad positioniert sein, um ein stimmiges Gesamtbild zu ergeben. Deshalb entschieden wir uns, das Problem anzugehen, ohne die Grundidee einer Bobber zu verändern.Außerdem entfällt der unschöne, nach hinten überstehendem Teil der originalen Sitzhalterung. Das Ergebnis ist unser DropSeat-Kit. Eine neue Sitzhalterung mit zwei einstellbaren Höhen. Die erste Position entspricht nahezu der originalen, die zweite Stellung bringt eine 4 cm-Tieferlegung mit sich. Bequem zu fahren ist sie trotzdem (natürlich kommen hier Körpergröße und Physiognomie zum Tragen). So kannst du ohne Originalteile bei Bedarf den Sitz wieder höher legen – z.B. für längere Touren. Das DropSeat-Kit wird aus Edelstahl gefertigt, selbst wenn die Pulverbeschichtung beschädigt wird, musst du Rost also nicht fürchten. Besonders wichtig für diejenigen, die ohne oder mit sehr kurzen Kotflügeln fahren. Um die Haftung der Pulverbeschichtung bei häufiger Verstellung der Sitzposition zu gewährleisten, wird das Kit vor dem Beschichten sandgestrahlt. Die visuelle Wirkung des DropSeat-Kits entfaltet sich besonders eindrucksvoll in Verbindung mit einem kompakten Sitz wie dem Triumph Statement Sitz. Unsere Sitzhalterung zeichnet sich zudem dadurch aus, dass sie sich elegant in das Heck einfügt und nicht, wie die Originalhalterung, hinten unter dem Sitz hervorsteht.Passt auch mit allen anderen Zubehör Sitzen für die Bobber. A shorter fender? The flashed fender kit from KRT Framework for the Triumph Bobber perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics. A clean fender without a central bead, designed significantly shorter than the original.Unlike the original fender and most other accessory fenders, the flashed fender still has a flare on the side, which underpins a classic chopper handle. Indicators and rear lights are also reduced to a minimum and integrated into the fender struts. Even if you don't notice them at first glance, you can't miss them in action thanks to modern SMD LED technology. Equipped with an E-mark and arranged in such a way that they meet all StVo requirements, you can mount this fender kit in the reassuring knowledge that you are 100% legal on the road. The kit is manufactured entirely in Germany.   Materials used and production method: The fenders are made from the finest carbon. The material is placed by hand in a negative mold and then baked under vacuum and heat. This process makes it possible to produce lightweight and extremely accurately fitting parts. Only high-quality components are used for the materials, including fibers and resins, which are also used for the production of rotor blades. The mounting system, which is connected to the mudguard, is made of laser-cut and folded aluminum. After machining, it is powder-coated black. These brackets are designed so that you can adjust the height of the fender in relation to the tire. The fender struts themselves are made of steel to make them visually slim yet stable. A slotted hole is incorporated in the lower mounting for height adjustment. The turn signal cable exits from the bottom of the fender struts and can be routed directly behind the swingarm tube to enable inconspicuous routing. This is primed and optimally prepared for a custom paint job by your painter.   The wiring: For many, wiring is a vexing issue and probably the most time-consuming element of converting to the mudguard kit. Without high-quality electronic tools, the whole thing can hardly be carried out professionally. But we also have a plug & play solution for this in our range. The fender struts with integrated lighting are already pre-wired and equipped with a high-quality 4-pin plug on each side. This plug is molded directly onto the end of the cable and sealed watertight thanks to the IP66 protection class. This is particularly important in the swingarm area, where the plug can get a lot of moisture. We have assembled a pre-wired cable harness for the rear for this plug. With this, the mudguard can be easily fitted plug & play. A little tip: If you order a KRT license plate holder at the same time, the license plate light will be supplied with the matching plug for our wiring harness (please contact us personally after ordering). This means you don't have to bother with individual cables during the conversion, but can plug our cable set directly into the original 8-pin plug of the original wiring harness. However, if you prefer to take care of the wiring yourself, we have deliberately left the cables of the fender struts long enough so that you can remove the plugs and connect the electrics yourself.   Accessories and combinable products: To get the perfect overall look, your bobber naturally needs a side license plate holder. There are several options to choose from (all of them fit in our range). However, we would recommend the one from KRT in order to have a complete package from KRT (can be found under accessories in this product description).    

Shorty mudguard for Triumph Bobber. The classic among the short fenders for the Triumph Bobber. As the sides of this fender enclose the tire, it has a more classic look, blends in perfectly with the original vehicle line and underlines a classic chopper style. A clear view of the rear wheel combined with a harmonious overall look. If you are out and about in the rain, it will of course only protect you from splash water to a limited extent. However, it does protect the shock absorber, airbox and various cables and relays, which are positioned directly in front of the rear wheel, from dirt, grime and stone chips. It is therefore more suitable for those of you who want to give your bobber a more minimalist line without taking away its classic look. Because without a mudguard, it usually looks a bit strange. The bracket system allows individual positioning of the mudguard: The distance between the fender and the tire is adjustable, so you can adjust this precisely to the chain setting. Even when using different tire types, it is possible to adjust the height of the mudguard optimally. Note, however, that a tire expands at high speeds. A distance of at least 7 mm should therefore be set. For an even more minimalist look, the mounting point for the original chain guard can be removed. You can remove this if you want to fit a short chain guard. Like all KRT parts, this mudguard is also manufactured by us. Shorty Slim rear wheel fender for Triumph Bobber.Probably the narrowest and sportiest fender available for bobbers. Known from our Race Bobber conversions, on which we install the fender. The fender is just right for you if you want to give your Bobber a slightly sporty touch or even convert it to racing tires (as shown in the product pictures). The short and narrow line offers a very clear view of the rear tire.On the one hand, this provides minimal splash protection (shock absorber, battery, airbox and electrical components are fully protected) and on the other, a short, sporty mudguard looks even better than none at all. The mudguard mounting system allows you to position the mudguard individually. This is because the distance between the fender and tire is freely adjustable. Especially if you are aiming for a sporty look, the mudguard should be positioned close to the tire. This adjustment can easily be made on the suspension system of our fender. The mudguard can also be optimally adjusted when using different tire types. Note, however, that a tire expands at high speeds. Therefore, a minimum clearance of 7 mm should be set. For an even more minimalist look, the mounting point for the original chain guard can be removed. You can remove this if you want to use our short chain guard or even ride without it at all. Koso Thunderbolt LED headlight plug & play kit for Triumph Bobber. A minimalist bracket made of stainless steel, powder-coated in black. Enables plug & play installation of the Thunderbolt headlight on all Bobber models. It is still attached to the lower triple clamp so that the LED headlight can be adjusted in its angle. The LED headlight has an E-mark and the headlight bracket from KRT is adjustable in angle, so this kit can be ridden legally on the road without any problems. The headlamp is based on SMD LED technology. The central strip of daytime running lights gives the headlight a modern style without being too futuristic for the classic style of the bobber.
