It is laser-cut + edged by one of our partner companies in the region & then welded in-house (as can be seen in the photos, this ensures a very nice weld seam).The precise manufacturing guarantees a very good fit, which makes installation easier. The cover is made of 3 mm aluminum. This is the perfect material thickness that offers sufficient protection without being unnecessarily heavy. Airbox Eliminator Kit - Bobber CB12746 / RS0
Complete Airbox Eliminator Kit from Classicbike-Raisch for Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200. The kit gives your Bobber a complete look! By removing the Plastig airbox and the side covers, you get a cleaner look on the free frame hole, which you can look into from the side and from behind. You also have the cool look of the open DNA metal mesh air filter and the black painted intake manifolds, which ensure that the filters run at the perfect angle to the frame. Unlike many other manufacturers, we didn't want to simply develop a kit that removes the airbox and somehow attaches individual filters to the bike. We wanted our kit to really give the bike performance! This requires an optimum intake path, which is guaranteed by our intake funnels. With the appropriate mapping (Power Kit Stage 3), the power increases by +13 hp / +15 NM - if our side pipe exhaust system is also installed and the Stage 5 mapping is fitted to the motorcycle, this results in an increase in power of +29 hp / +30 NM.The kit can also be installed without a new mapping and the motorcycle will get a little more power. However, our clear recommendation is to do this in conjunction with a new mapping (power kit). Öhlins 30 mm cartridge for the original fork of the Thruxton 1200 R / RS / FE There is finally a remedy for the very unpopular big-piston technology of the original fork! The standard fork is far too tightly tuned ex works and completely overdamped. It is extremely stiff and uncomfortable. This does not give a good feeling to the front wheel. We also offer a modification of the fork set-up (see other article), which improves the fork considerably, but if you want perfect response and the best damping characteristics, you should definitely go for this cartridge conversion! The difference is really big. We are very convinced. It's simply unbelievable how much confidence you gain in the front and how nicely you can turn in with it. Of course we ride this kit in our own Thruxton!!!   Fully adjustable: spring preload, rebound and compression. This makes the front suspension just as it should be. Suspension lift suitable for all Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200 models. Who hasn't experienced this when riding a Bobber? As soon as the nice, winding roads start or you come to a nice big & empty traffic circle, the machine stops. In itself, the Bobber is a good to ride and agile motorcycle, if it weren't for the very low ground clearance..... Here is the solution! As the problem of our Race Bobber touching down early is also very annoying for us, we have developed a suspension lift and now you can finally ride a little faster on bends without having to worry about touching down when riding through traffic circles and making quick turns.The suspension lift is installed in place of the original strut.   The result: - The footrests are 30 mm higher - the 30 mm more ground clearance is very noticeable when leaning and the Bobber / Speedmaster touches down much later.- The seat of the motorcycle is 35mm higher.   Installation: We supply installation instructions with the lift. They give the 1-cylinder a really throaty sound! The rear silencers are supplied with removable DB killers. The rear silencer is available with or without grille (see photos). The advantage of the grille is that you can no longer really see whether the DB-killer is fitted or not. This practical little holder is a must for every Triumph, as it takes your helmet off when you leave the bike for a walk or a beer in the local pub. The good thing about the holder is that it is not visually noticeable, like most other helmet locks. The hook is simply screwed to the frame under the seat. To hook the helmet (the helmet must have some kind of eyelet for this, such as a double D closure), you simply have to raise the seat once, hook the helmet in and let the seat snap back into place.
