Complete Airbox Eliminator Kit from Classicbike-Raisch for Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200. The kit gives your Bobber a complete look! By removing the Plastig airbox and the side covers, you get a cleaner look on the free frame hole, which you can look into from the side and from behind. You also have the cool look of the open DNA metal mesh air filter and the black painted intake manifolds, which ensure that the filters run at the perfect angle to the frame. Unlike many other manufacturers, we didn't want to simply develop a kit that removes the airbox and somehow attaches individual filters to the bike. We wanted our kit to really give the bike performance! This requires an optimum intake path, which is guaranteed by our intake funnels. With the appropriate mapping (Power Kit Stage 3), the power increases by +13 hp / +15 NM - if our side pipe exhaust system is also installed and the Stage 5 mapping is fitted to the motorcycle, this results in an increase in power of +29 hp / +30 NM.The kit can also be installed without a new mapping and the motorcycle will get a little more power. However, our clear recommendation is to do this in conjunction with a new mapping (power kit). Öhlins 30 mm cartridge for the original fork of the Thruxton 1200 R / RS / FE There is finally a remedy for the very unpopular big-piston technology of the original fork! The standard fork is far too tightly tuned ex works and completely overdamped. It is extremely stiff and uncomfortable. This does not give a good feeling to the front wheel. We also offer a modification of the fork set-up (see other article), which improves the fork considerably, but if you want perfect response and the best damping characteristics, you should definitely go for this cartridge conversion! The difference is really big. We are very convinced. It's simply unbelievable how much confidence you gain in the front and how nicely you can turn in with it. Of course we ride this kit in our own Thruxton!!!   Fully adjustable: spring preload, rebound and compression. This makes the front suspension just as it should be. The weight saving on the wheels makes your Thruxton more agile and noticeably easier to turn. In addition, the aluminum rims are tubeless rims. The rims must be registered with the TÜV for individual approval. This is possible without any problems (we also supply a sample registration form). Plug & play indicator/tail light combination, specially developed and manufactured for the Triumph Bobber. Very bright thanks to modern SMD LED technology.Made in Germany. The set is fully wired and no soldering or crimping work is required for installation. We deliver the indicator/rear light set already wired so that it can simply be connected plug & play to the original plug connection behind the battery of the Bobber. We have also integrated a cable for the license plate light into our blinker wiring harness and fitted it with a socket. The cable for the license plate light was deliberately left long so that it can be routed to the axle mount. So it's up to you which side license plate holder you choose. A shorter fender? The flashed fender kit from KRT Framework for the Triumph Bobber perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics. A clean fender without a central bead, designed significantly shorter than the original.Unlike the original fender and most other accessory fenders, the flashed fender still has a flare on the side, which underpins a classic chopper handle. Indicators and rear lights are also reduced to a minimum and integrated into the fender struts. Even if you don't notice them at first glance, you can't miss them in action thanks to modern SMD LED technology. Equipped with an E-mark and arranged in such a way that they meet all StVo requirements, you can mount this fender kit in the reassuring knowledge that you are 100% legal on the road. The kit is manufactured entirely in Germany.   Materials used and production method: The fenders are made from the finest carbon. The material is placed by hand in a negative mold and then baked under vacuum and heat. This process makes it possible to produce lightweight and extremely accurately fitting parts. Only high-quality components are used for the materials, including fibers and resins, which are also used for the production of rotor blades. The mounting system, which is connected to the mudguard, is made of laser-cut and folded aluminum. After machining, it is powder-coated black. These brackets are designed so that you can adjust the height of the fender in relation to the tire. The fender struts themselves are made of steel to make them visually slim yet stable. A slotted hole is incorporated in the lower mounting for height adjustment. The turn signal cable exits from the bottom of the fender struts and can be routed directly behind the swingarm tube to enable inconspicuous routing. The fender struts with integrated lighting are already pre-wired and equipped with a high-quality 4-pin plug on each side. This plug is molded directly onto the end of the cable and sealed watertight thanks to the IP66 protection class. This is particularly important in the swingarm area, where the plug can get a lot of moisture. We have assembled a pre-wired cable harness for the rear for this plug. Shorty mudguard for Triumph Bobber. The classic among the short fenders for the Triumph Bobber. As the sides of this fender enclose the tire, it has a more classic look, blends in perfectly with the original vehicle line and underlines a classic chopper style. A clear view of the rear wheel combined with a harmonious overall look. If you are out and about in the rain, it will of course only protect you from splash water to a limited extent. However, it does protect the shock absorber, airbox and various cables and relays, which are positioned directly in front of the rear wheel, from dirt, grime and stone chips. It is therefore more suitable for those of you who want to give your bobber a more minimalist line without taking away its classic look. Because without a mudguard, it usually looks a bit strange. Shorty Slim rear wheel fender for Triumph Bobber.Probably the narrowest and sportiest fender available for bobbers. Known from our Race Bobber conversions, on which we install the fender. The fender is just right for you if you want to give your Bobber a slightly sporty touch or even convert it to racing tires (as shown in the product pictures). The short and narrow line offers a very clear view of the rear tire.On the one hand, this provides minimal splash protection (shock absorber, battery, airbox and electrical components are fully protected) and on the other, a short, sporty mudguard looks even better than none at all. The mudguard mounting system allows you to position the mudguard individually. This is because the distance between the fender and tire is freely adjustable. Especially if you are aiming for a sporty look, the mudguard should be positioned close to the tire. This adjustment can easily be made on the suspension system of our fender.
