Complete Airbox Eliminator Kit from Classicbike-Raisch for Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200.

The kit gives your Bobber a complete look! By removing the Plastig airbox and the side covers, you get a cleaner look on the free frame hole, which you can look into from the side and from behind. You also have the cool look of the open DNA metal mesh air filter and the black painted intake manifolds, which ensure that the filters run at the perfect angle to the frame.

Unlike many other manufacturers, we didn't want to simply develop a kit that removes the airbox and somehow attaches individual filters to the bike. We wanted our kit to really give the bike performance! This requires an optimum intake path, which is guaranteed by our intake funnels.
With the appropriate mapping (Power Kit Stage 3), the power increases by +13 hp / +15 NM - if our side pipe exhaust system is also installed and the Stage 5 mapping is fitted to the motorcycle, this results in an increase in power of +29 hp / +30 NM.
The kit can also be installed without a new mapping and the motorcycle will get a little more power. However, our clear recommendation is to do this in conjunction with a new mapping (power kit). On the one hand, the engine will then run healthier and on the other, you will get a clearly noticeable increase in power.

The Airbox Eliminator Kit contains everything you need:

  • 2x aluminum cover plates for the frame 
  • 2x intake manifolds - 3D-printed and painted matt black 
  • 2x DNA metal mesh air filter 
  • 1x DNA oil filter 
  • Required mounting material
  • Installation instructions


When new, the DNA filters are purple due to the oil with which they are lubricated. Over time, they darken and lose their purple color completely.
We recommend ordering the air filter care set (see accessories in this description) for filter care/cleaning. After cleaning and oiling, the filters are slightly purple again (as a tip for those who like purple).

At approx. 6500 rpm you even achieve an increase of 14 hp and 15 NM At approx. 5000 rpm there is already an increase of 6 hp and 9 NM As you can see from the power curves, the engine becomes significantly more powerful from the mid-range. The engine revs up more willingly, simply feels freer and livelier and can now breathe in really freely! In the upper rev range, where the engine is very tired with the standard set-up and it is hardly worth revving higher, you gain significantly in revving pleasure and, of course, power. This helps when overtaking and is fun. Throttle response is beautifully smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves drivability.   The intake noise through the individual air filters is simply brilliant, but not too concise!   The increase in performance and improved driveability is active in all drive modes. The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used. The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were elaborately determined on the test bench with a lot of time invested. These mappings can be downloaded to the vehicle yourself via app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug & play solution. This saves you having to do your own tuning on third-party test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, this also results in a more harmonious and smoother running engine. We increase the rev limit by 500 rpm, which is within the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not street legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. It is relatively easy to install yourself. If you have not yet fitted the exhaust system, you can order it (you will find the exhaust system under the accessories in this product description). Peak power + 27 hp. Peak torque + 13 NMVmax speed limit of 179 km/h is liftedMaximum speed increase + 800 rpm. At approx. 6800 rpm you even achieve an increase of 29 hp and 30 NM At approx. 4500 rpm you already achieve an increase of 8 hp and 12 NM. Now there's real pressure in the boiler! If you look at the power curves, you might think that two different motorcycles have been measured here. The difference or the gain is incredible!   The entire rev range is enormously more powerful.
