Engine tuning / engine tuning for Triumph Street Scrambler

PowerKit Stage 2 Street Scrambler 65 PS Version / Scrambler 900 consists of: 

• BMC - Sport Air Filter
• Raisch Air Filter Cover (with larger air intake)
• USB stick with RAISCH special mapping for direct recording on the ECU

The peak power increases by 3 hp and the maximum torque by a good 9 Nm. 

Our mapping removes the Vmax speed restriction of 163 km/h.

We increase the maximum speed by 500 rpm.

At around 5000 rpm, you even get an additional 8 hp and almost 12 Nm.

As you can see from the performance curves, the entire usable speed range is stronger! And especially the middle speed range, in which you mainly drive, is significantly stronger. The upper speed range is also snappier, the engine turns up more willingly and freely, and simply feels freer and livelier! The throttle response is beautifully smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, noticeably improving driveability.

With the Stage 2, you hardly gain any more peak power compared to the Stage 1, and the maximum torque only increases by 2 Nm. The mid-range is noticeably stronger. At approx. 3800 rpm, you gain another good 2 hp and 4 Nmover the Stage 1.

The differences are clearly visible in the performance curves (red = original, blue = stage 2, green = stage 1)

The performance increase and improved driveability are active in all driving modes.

The driving modes with their respective properties can of course still be switched and used.

The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were determined extensively with a lot of time on the test bench. 

These mappings can be played on the vehicle yourself using an app and a Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug-and-play solution. This saves you having to tune the engine yourself on external test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the performance boost, the engine also runs more harmoniously and smoothly overall. We increase the speed limit by 500 rpm, which is in the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not street legal and is only intended for use on private roads. Installation is relatively easy to do yourself.
