Zard 2-2 slip-on stainless steel exhaust for Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC & XE with E-number (for both the EU 4 and EU 5 models). The two rear silencers are positioned very close together in order to achieve the slimmest possible line. The large openings created by the slash cut on the end caps make the rear of the bike look even beefier and emphasize the off-road look of the Scrambler.The heat protection plate from the original exhaust system is retained. The accessory heat protection plate, which you can see in two product photos, can be found under the accessory items in this description. The exhaust also delivers slightly more power than the standard system (see pictures for power curve). The sound of the Scrambler is already audibly better and throatier with the exhaust, but in our ears it doesn't have the desired AHA effect that you would hope for. Sound video with original DB killers see below.We recommend people who like it a bit throatier and louder to order our additional Zard Racing DB-Killer (see accessories article in this description without road approval).In order to be able to remove the original DB-Killer from the exhaust system, a welding point that is difficult to access must be drilled out and milled away (takes a little more than half an hour). If you want to have this done, you must order the additional item DB-Killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).If the sound is still not enough for you, you will then have to install the H-pipe (cat replacement pipe). The exhaust system is available either with E-number or as a racing version (without E-number). The end caps are also available in stainless steel (same design as the rest of the exhaust) or carbon fiber (surcharge).   ACHTUNG bei den Scrambler 2024 Modellen. Bei diesen Modellen passt die Auspuffanlage NICHT!    For Swiss customers, the exhausts can be supplied with a declaration of suitability.

A real retro crosser / scrambler needs a starting number! Here you can order a customized decal for your Scrambler 1200 exhaust cover (matching the retro exhaust cover). The decal is available with either a white or yellow background. You can also choose your own race number (maximum 3 numbers).Please write us in the comments of the order (last step in the ordering process) your desired background color (specify Rgb color code - please note that computer or cell phone screens do not display colors true to color and the print can usually not be exactly the same) or you can simply use standard white or yellow.Please also indicate the desired start number. You have to apply the decal yourself, which is not rocket science. Production time for the foil after receipt of order: approx. 2 - 4 weeks

Unit Garage 2-2 overhead titanium exhaust system with E-number for all Scrambler 1200 models. The overhead 2-2 exhaust of the company Unit Garage from Italy consists of two really nice short mufflers in GP style.   Euro 4 models: with E-number (road approval). For Swiss customers we can also issue an extra certificate.Euro 5 models: The exhaust system is still delivered with E-number, because it is the same as on the Euro 4 machine. However, on the Euro 5 models the CAT is factory fitted in the rear silencer, so the E-number of the Unit Garage exhaust does not apply to the Euro 5 model. The exhausts from Unit Garage are on the one hand very well made and on the other hand also sound more than cool, which you would not think at first glance with such a small muffler. But they really do! Really nice throaty, dull bass. The rear silencers are supplied with removable DB-killer. The good thing about the Unit Garage DB-killers is that they are not like most other manufacturers at the exhaust end, but at the very beginning. This makes the exhaust look nice and open and empty. The exhaust is very light by design and provides a weight saving of 3.5kg. The assembly is the system is very simple and done in a short time. On request, we can also supply the exhaust system in black ceramic coated.   ATTENTION for the Scrambler 2024 models. The exhaust system does NOT fit these models!
