Dakar underride guard from Classicbike-Raisch for all Triumph Scrambler 1200 models.

Material & production:

The underride guard is completely made in Germany. It is laser-cut + edged by one of our partner companies in the region & then welded in-house (as can be seen in the photos, this ensures a very nice weld seam).
The precise manufacturing guarantees a very good fit, which makes installation easier.
The cover is made of 3 mm aluminum. This is the perfect material thickness that offers sufficient protection without being unnecessarily heavy. In addition, aluminum is weather-resistant and cannot rust.


Protection & design:

The engine guard not only looks beefy and stylish, it also really protects your engine, frame and all other important parts in the lower area of the motorcycle should you ever touch down with your bike. It is definitely more than just a stone guard!
A proper scrambler definitely needs solid engine protection and that's exactly what you get with the Dakar Protector.

 

Installation:

Installation is quick and easy. All the necessary mounting materials are included in the scope of delivery.

 

Surfaces:

- Black powder-coated: The mudguard is powder-coated black after welding, giving it a beautiful, deep black finish.
- Raw aluminum: The aluminum remains untreated and the beautiful weld seams remain fully visible. You then have the option of leaving the aluminum as it is or, for example, brushing it to achieve a beautiful polished finish.

 

Accessories:

The engine guard looks particularly good in combination with our ripped radiator grille / fork guard / chain guard / retro exhaust cover. The ribs of the parts have the same design and harmonize perfectly with each other (see product images).

Classicbike-Raisch aluminum chain guard + chain fin suitable for Triumph Scrambler 1200 models.Made in Germany Unlike most other accessory chain guards, this chain guard was not simply copied from the original and then slightly modified visually. It has been designed to lie as flat as possible over the chain in order to be visually optimal and unobtrusive. This is because both the original chain guard and most accessory chain guards have a lot of clearance above the chain. However, our chain guard ensures that it does not come into contact with the chain while riding.In addition, the guard is significantly shorter than the original, which protrudes far beyond the chain wheel. This looks much better and more harmonious. Good splash protection is therefore guaranteed as far as possible. The kit also includes an aluminum chain fin in the same design, which replaces the original plastic fin. The Raisch chain guards are made of 2 mm aluminum. The aluminium chain guards are powder-coated in black, which guarantees a deep black finish for many years (unlike many anodized parts on the market).

Classicbike-Raisch protective grille for the water cooler in ripped design made in Germany by Classicbike-Raisch. This grille makes the not exactly beautiful and above all not popular water cooler on our beloved Classic Twins much more attractive! Fits all LC models (please select model in the selection). The ribbed design skillfully gives the front of your machine a striking design. The special thing about the ripped grille is that it also covers the original radiator from the sides, giving it an even cleaner look. The laser-cut aluminum grille is powder-coated in black.The grille is simply attached with the original screws of the radiator grille. It can be fitted to models that have a simple protective grille ex works (older models) as well as to models that do not have a protective grille ex works. On the one hand, the grille looks good and on the other, it protects the radiator from damage caused by stone chips or other objects.

Fork Protectors - Alu Ripped

A pair of Classicbike-Raisch fork protectors for the Triumph Scrambler 1200. Made in Germany! An absolute must on any real off road & scrambler machine. The original protectors in the rough plastic surface just look cheap compared to our high quality aluminum protectors. The plates are provided with light slotted holes to get a perfect alignment on any machine. All necessary mounting hardware is included. The original fender is not required if you remove the original plastic protectors. Our recommendation is to install a high fender, because it fits much better to a Scrambler. Suitable fenders can be found in the accessories section of this description. In the black version, the protectors are powder coated. In the silver brushed version, the protectors are brushed by hand and then clear anodised. This gives them almost the same surface as the original mudguards.
