Raisch Fork Cartridge Kit CB10969.1M / RS-3
RAISCH fork cartridge conversion for various Triumph Modern Classic models. We completely convert your fork to a valve-controlled system with new fork springs (adjusted to the rider's weight). This transforms the simple standard fork, which partly works according to the old two-tube system, into a state-of-the-art fork with a fully adjustable cartridge system. The Speed Twin Euro 5 models are fitted with an upside-down fork ex works, but this does not work very well either (see some test reports in motorcycle magazines). Unfortunately, the standard fork is very tough and stiff. With our cartridge conversion, the fork works much more smoothly and sensitively, resulting in a great increase in comfort without sacrificing sportiness and performance, The rebound and compression damping are fully adjustable. The so-called rebound and compression damping is responsible for the rebound and compression speed of the fork. This means that the fork can really be adjusted to all conditions from soft to sporty and firm with just a few turns of the adjusters, resulting in a completely new riding experience. The adjustment range of the rebound and compression damping can really be described as large and effective, which is not really the case with all forks on the market. This conversion must be carried out by a specialist workshop with the appropriate expertise and special tools (e.g. a lathe is required for some models). For this reason, we only offer this conversion as a complete conversion in-house, including parts. You send us the two original damper tubes and everything is sent back to us ready for installation with new oil seals and special Öhlins oil for cartridge forks. Note on the Bobber / Speedmaster:On these motorcycles, the fork is lengthened by 10 mm when the cartridge is fitted. This slightly improves the lean angle clearance of your Triumph. Fork Covers LC CB11582M / RS-1
A pair of fork tube covers in black powder-coated. The covers make the fork look much more massive (because it looks wider), which makes the fork look much higher quality and provides a sustainable better look. In addition, you get a uniform black line on the front of the bike. To install it, you have to loosen the upper triple clamp and pull it off to the top. This is done in no more than 30 minutes. The original turn signals, with the retaining clips above the standpipes can not be used further. For models that still have factory turn signal clamps around the fork, we have extra covers in the program, which are shorter and can be mounted together with the turn signal clamps together. First thought - just get rid of them! BUT Triumph doesn't put them on the forks just for fun. Unfortunately, it is now mandatory to have such a reflector on your motorcycle. Fork Protectors - Alu Ripped CB12387M / RS0
A pair of Classicbike-Raisch fork protectors for the Triumph Scrambler 1200. Made in Germany! An absolute must on any real off road & scrambler machine. The original protectors in the rough plastic surface just look cheap compared to our high quality aluminum protectors. The plates are provided with light slotted holes to get a perfect alignment on any machine. All necessary mounting hardware is included. The original fender is not required if you remove the original plastic protectors. Our recommendation is to install a high fender, because it fits much better to a Scrambler. Suitable fenders can be found in the accessories section of this description. In the black version, the protectors are powder coated. In the silver brushed version, the protectors are brushed by hand and then clear anodised. This gives them almost the same surface as the original mudguards.

Öhlins 30 mm cartridge for the original fork of the Thruxton 1200 R / RS / FE There is finally a remedy for the very unpopular big-piston technology of the original fork! The standard fork is far too tightly tuned ex works and completely overdamped. It is extremely stiff and uncomfortable. This does not give a good feeling to the front wheel. We also offer a modification of the fork set-up (see other article), which improves the fork considerably, but if you want perfect response and the best damping characteristics, you should definitely go for this cartridge conversion! The difference is really big. We are very convinced. It's simply unbelievable how much confidence you gain in the front and how nicely you can turn in with it. The original shock absorber is simply far too hard and very uncomfortable (it also has no negative suspension travel). Something has to be done so that you don't get hit in the back with every little bump (which happens very quickly with the sitting position on the bike in conjunction with a bad shock). This is a high-quality separating piston damper and not an emulsion damper like some other manufacturers sell. If you don't like the original silver fork feet on your thruxton, you can simply have it coated black by us. Just send the disassembled fork to us and you will get it back with black fork feet. If you can't do the disassembling yourself, you can also send the whole fork to us and we will do it for you (extra charge). It takes about 2 - 3 weeks until you get the part back. By default we always make the parts in black satin. Several other colors are of course also possible on request. The price is for the coating of both fork feet. Looks especially good in combination with black fork tubes.

Shock caps CB12684M / RS10
Shock absorber caps including stainless steel screws for the shock absorbers of all Triumph models.The turned caps are either made of aluminium (black anodised or polished) or brass. According to the manufacturer, the shock absorber screws must be replaced after a change. The caps also give a much more harmonious finish to the shocks and the unsightly original screws disappear. On the Thruxton, Speed Twin & Scrambler, only the two upper screws are replaced.

Suspension lift suitable for all Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200 models. Who hasn't experienced this when riding a Bobber? As soon as the nice, winding roads start or you come to a nice big & empty traffic circle, the machine stops. In itself, the Bobber is a good to ride and agile motorcycle, if it weren't for the very low ground clearance..... Here is the solution! As the problem of our Race Bobber touching down early is also very annoying for us, we have developed a suspension lift and now you can finally ride a little faster on bends without having to worry about touching down when riding through traffic circles and making quick turns.The suspension lift is installed in place of the original strut.   The result: - The footrests are 30 mm higher - the 30 mm more ground clearance is very noticeable when leaning and the Bobber / Speedmaster touches down much later.- The seat of the motorcycle is 35mm higher.   Installation: We supply installation instructions with the lift.
