The covers make the fork look much more massive (because it looks wider), which makes the fork look much higher quality and provides a sustainable better look. In addition, you get a uniform black line on the front of the bike.
To install it, you have to loosen the upper triple clamp and pull it off to the top. This is done in no more than 30 minutes.
The original turn signals, with the retaining clips above the standpipes can not be used further.
For models that still have factory turn signal clamps around the fork, we have extra covers in the program, which are shorter and can be mounted together with the turn signal clamps together. You can find them under the accessories in this description.
Covers for the original reflectors on the forks of all Triumph models. Reflectors are a must!
Who likes the eye-catching orange reflectors on the fork? Right, nobody! First thought - just get rid of them! BUT Triumph doesn't put them on the forks just for fun. Unfortunately, it is now mandatory to have such a reflector on your motorcycle. Without one, you can no longer get TÜV approval!
These black covers milled from aluminum are the perfect compromise. They look classy, add value to the motorcycle and conceal the conspicuous reflectors. Thanks to the beautifully milled Triumph lettering, they are even an attractive accessory on the fork.The covers are simply slipped over the reflectors and fixed in place with two grub screws. They can be fitted and removed in a matter of seconds.They can therefore be quickly removed for the TÜV or if you ever have to pass an inspection and everything is ok.

Die Milled Kappen werden in einer sehr edlen Black Pearl Oberfläche gefertigt. Das heißt, sie werden vor dem schwarz Eloxieren Glasperlen gestrahlt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine sehr feine, leicht matte Oberfläche die sich sehr hochwertig anfühlt und sehr edel aussieht.Im Nachgang werden dann noch die silbernen Akzente nachgefräst.

A pair of Classicbike-Raisch fork protectors for the Triumph Scrambler 1200. Made in Germany!
An absolute must on any real off road & scrambler machine. The original protectors in the rough plastic surface just look cheap compared to our high quality aluminum protectors. The plates are provided with light slotted holes to get a perfect alignment on any machine. All necessary mounting hardware is included.
The original fender is not required if you remove the original plastic protectors.
Our recommendation is to install a high fender, because it fits much better to a Scrambler. Suitable fenders can be found in the accessories section of this description.
In the black version, the protectors are powder coated. In the silver brushed version, the protectors are brushed by hand and then clear anodised. This gives them almost the same surface as the original mudguards.

Manufactured using the hot forging process and then polished to a high shine, the covers provide a very classy fork finish. Looks particularly good in conjunction with the brass steering head nut from our range (see accessories in this description).
Many do not like the original gold of the Thruxton R / RS / Scrambler fork so well. Therefore, we offer you to anodize the fork tubes in black.
For this, the dismantled, disassembled & cleaned fork tubes must be sent to us. Or you choose the variant with assembly, then you just send us the dismantled fork to, we disassemble them here on site and then reassemble them after anodizing. Directly with better oil, which improves the response of the fork.
The anodizing & shipping takes between 6 - 8 weeks.
The fork end plugs replaced the original silver cover, which many did not like because they prefer to have a black and clean look. Fits to Bobber, Bobber Black and Speedmaster.
In conjunction with black fork covers these caps provide a complete black look in the fork area. If necessary, the fork can be inserted even 1-2mm less through, so you can see the silver standpipe then no longer synonymous.

The original, shiny and slightly narrow stanchions are perfectly concealed by this teif black anodized fork cover. Because of this, it seems as if a fat fork is installed in the motorcycle. You also get a clean black look. The covers are supplied with 2 mini LED turn signals (with E-number), which are mounted directly on the cover (including resistors). Then you forget the huge original turn signals, and you get a really nice front on the bobber.

There are the protectors optionally in unpainted (Raw) as well as in all Triumph original colors. The most common Triumph colors as well as the unpainted parts we actually always have in stock. A color that we do not have in stock will take about 2-6 weeks to be available.
Please note, this part is a handmade fiberglass part. Such parts can never be 100% true to size and it may happen that a hole may need to be minimally drilled / re-drilled.
If you don't like the original silver fork feet on your thruxton, you can simply have it coated black by us. Just send the disassembled fork to us and you will get it back with black fork feet. If you can't do the disassembling yourself, you can also send the whole fork to us and we will do it for you (extra charge).
It takes about 2 - 3 weeks until you get the part back.
By default we always make the parts in black satin. Several other colors are of course also possible on request.

The Motone "The Spatz" fork covers have a welded turn signal bracket. On this bracket can be installed both the original Triumph / Triumph accessories turn signals as well as all turn signals with M8 or M10 thread. Matching cover plates to always have a nice finish, depending on the turn signal, are included. In order to have an even cleaner transition with M8 turn signals, such as the Motogadget Pin turn signals or the Motogadget Pico turn signals, we recommend our turn signal adapter to order (you will find this under the accessories items in this product description).

CNC machined aluminum fork stabilizer for Triumph Bonneville motorcycles.
This part ensures that the fork of your Bonnevile is stiffer and the motorcycle thus gets a more stable handling. In addition, the stabilizer ensures that the forks can not twist / twist, which is particularly interesting for the models with only one brake disc. Because in these models, the fork twists slightly with each braking operation. Due to the stiffer fork, increased wear of the fork sliding bushings is prevented.
The assembly is very simple that the stabilizer consists of two parts and can be easily separated in the middle.Through the supplied sleeves, the stabilizer can be installed both with rubber bellows and without.

The application of HKS GGV completely eliminates the so-called telescopic fork breakaway torque.
