RAISCH fork cartridge conversion for various Triumph Modern Classic models.
We completely convert your fork to a valve-controlled system with new fork springs (adjusted to the rider's weight). This transforms the simple standard fork, which partly works according to the old two-tube system, into a state-of-the-art fork with a fully adjustable cartridge system. The Speed Twin Euro 5 models are fitted with an upside-down fork ex works, but this does not work very well either (see some test reports in motorcycle magazines). Unfortunately, the standard fork is very tough and stiff.
With our cartridge conversion, the fork works much more smoothly and sensitively, resulting in a great increase in comfort without sacrificing sportiness and performance,
The rebound and compression damping are fully adjustable. The so-called rebound and compression damping is responsible for the rebound and compression speed of the fork. This means that the fork can really be adjusted to all conditions from soft to sporty and firm with just a few turns of the adjusters, resulting in a completely new riding experience. The adjustment range of the rebound and compression damping can really be described as large and effective, which is not really the case with all forks on the market.
This conversion must be carried out by a specialist workshop with the appropriate expertise and special tools (e.g. a lathe is required for some models). For this reason, we only offer this conversion as a complete conversion in-house, including parts. You send us the two original damper tubes and everything is sent back to us ready for installation with new oil seals and special Öhlins oil for cartridge forks.
Note on the Bobber / Speedmaster:On these motorcycles, the fork is lengthened by 10 mm when the cartridge is fitted. This slightly improves the lean angle clearance of your Triumph. If this is important to you or you need more ground clearance and lean angle clearance, we recommend our lift kit (can be found under accessories in this product description).

Öhlins offers beside their world famous upside down fork also a classic telescopic fork to convert bikes like the R9T to a high end fork without too much effort.Another advantage is that the classic style is preserved.
The forks are fully adjustable in spring preload, compression and rebound (more is not possible). The fork is the absolute best you can fit into your R9T.
To mount it on the R nine T you will need a mounting kit (see accessories in this description). The kit includes Brake caliper adapter, front wheel axle, fender mount. With this kit you have everything you need to install the fork Plug & Play in the R9T Scrambler or Urban GS.
The fork as well as the adapter set are delivered WITHOUT parts certificate. A technical drawing from Öhlins is included with the fork.We also provide a sample registration from Dekra, on which the fork is registered per §21 (single approval) on an Urban GS.
Öhlins delivers the fork with a 9,5NM spring, which is Öhlins typical quite tight (depends on the weight of the rider). If you wish, we can also use a different spring for an extra charge.

Triumph original Golden Fork black coating.
Many people don't like the original gold of the Thruxton R / RS / Scrambler / Speed Twin RS fork. That's why we offer you to anodize the fork outer tubes in black.
To do this, the removed, disassembled and cleaned fork tubes must be sent to us. Or you can choose the option with assembly, in which case you just send us the removed fork, we disassemble it here on site and then reassemble it after anodizing. Directly with better oil, which improves the response of the fork.If you would like to have it completely black (as in the first product picture), there are also the options of having the fork feet powder coated in black by us and having the inner stanchions coated in black DLC.
Anodizing & shipping takes between 6 - 8 weeks.
Lifting kit for your Triumph Bobber – 4 cm more ground clearance for the footrests

If you don't like the original silver fork feet on your thruxton, you can simply have it coated black by us. Just send the disassembled fork to us and you will get it back with black fork feet. If you can't do the disassembling yourself, you can also send the whole fork to us and we will do it for you (extra charge).
It takes about 2 - 3 weeks until you get the part back.
By default we always make the parts in black satin. Several other colors are of course also possible on request.
The price is for the coating of both fork feet. Looks especially good in combination with black fork tubes.

DLC coating in black for fork tubes.
Do you want a black fork? Are you not satisfied with the black outer tubes and fork feet? No problem, we can also DLC coat the inner fork tubes for you.
Either you send us your removed tubes and we will send them back to you coated, or you send us your complete fork, we will disassemble it and then send it back to you newly coated and reassembled. But please contact us beforehand so that we can make you an offer for the labour costs.

CNC machined aluminum fork stabilizer for Triumph Bonneville motorcycles.
This part ensures that the fork of your Bonnevile is stiffer and the motorcycle thus gets a more stable handling. In addition, the stabilizer ensures that the forks can not twist / twist, which is particularly interesting for the models with only one brake disc. Because in these models, the fork twists slightly with each braking operation. Due to the stiffer fork, increased wear of the fork sliding bushings is prevented.
The assembly is very simple that the stabilizer consists of two parts and can be easily separated in the middle.Through the supplied sleeves, the stabilizer can be installed both with rubber bellows and without.
The fork of the Thruxton 1200R is factory tuned much too tight. The rebound and compression damping is simply completely overdamped! The chassis in the front area is extremely tough and also uncomfortable.We create remedy! Change of the fork internals and the fork oil. We adapt the shimpaket for rebound and compression stage and exchange the fork oil (other viscosity). We also adjust the fork to suit the rider's weight and driving characteristics.This makes the front of the Thruxton 1200 R much more comfortable without losing the necessary sportiness. The adjustment range of compression and rebound gets a meaningful range in which you can adjust between sporty-tight and comfortable.The fork spring itself does not have to be replaced, as the spring rate is well chosen ex works. Here we adjust the spring preload accordingly.For the conversion, we need the rider weight (incl. motorcycle clothing) and the desired riding characteristics (more sporty, more comfortable).The customer receives a data sheet with our settings.Tip: If you are thinking about black outer tubes on your fork, you should take this opportunity and have it done directly (see accessories in this description).
22mm fork cartridge from Öhlins for the Triumph Bobber.We completely convert your fork to a valve controlled system with Öhlins fork springs. The rebound, compression and spring preload are fully adjustable. This rebound and compression stage is responsible for the spring out and compression speed. Thus the fork can really be adjusted to all conditions from soft to sporty tight only by a few revolutions at the adjusters, and results in such a completely new driving feeling. The adjustment range of the rebound and compression stage can really be described as large and effective, which is not really the case with all forks on the market.
Assembly instructions are included in the kit. But you should have some knowledge about chassis technology!We are happy to carry out the conversion at our own Öhlins Service Center. Please order the additional article "Einabu Öhlins FKS fork cartridge" (see accessories in this description).Since the chassis of the Bobber is very many riders simply too hard and uncomfortable, this cartridge in connection with a nine and better strut is exactly the right way to make his Bobber more comfortable.Please note that the delivery does not include fork oil or fork springs, both have to be ordered separately (see accessories in this description).Without TÜV certificate. However, it will be delivered with a declaration of suitability, with which it can be registered without any problems.
Since the fork springs are available in different spring rates in order to be able to adjust the cartridge to the respective rider weight, please state the rider weight (with motorcycle clothing) in the commentary of the order.
This upgrade kit for the front fork of the 19" Triumph Bobber includes fork springs, as well as the upper locking caps for the fork.
The locking cap expands the front fork on some series fork by another adjustment function, with which the spring preload can be regulated.
The ability to adjust the spring preload, allows the fork to be adjusted to the weight of the rider.
