Rear round arch including clamping sleeves for all air-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.
The absolute classic, but also the most elaborate and beautiful of the rear conversions!
Beside the optical aspect the connection of the two rear frame tubes brings a clear stiffening of the entire frame, which leads to a stabilization of the driving behavior.
The original rear frame is shortened according to personal wishes and the round arch is also cut to the desired length.
The supplied fitting sockets are inserted into the round arch and welded (this work has to be done by the customer).
The other side of the fitting sleeve is inserted into the shortened rear frame. A thread is cut in from below and then screwed in. Of course it can also be firmly welded (work must be done by the customer).
The round arch is available in 2 versions Option1: straight version Option 2: with angle.
The pictures say more than 1000 words. The round arch was painted black on the pictures after the adjustment (work must be done by the customer).
On request, it is also possible to purchase a special plate, which can be perfectly used to build a seat base plate. This must be done individually for each rear conversion to have a perfect final seat as in the photos.
In the accessories of this description you will find a very practical metal sheet that can be welded into the round arch. The sheet metal facilitates the attachment of a seat and a fender.
The rear arches are not a plug&play solution. Adjustments must be made.
