Stub and triple clamp conversion for Thruxton EFI Do you want to replace the classic tubular handlebars of your Thruxton EFI with sporty stub handlebars? Our complete conversion kit offers you the perfect solution for a clean and individual look! What does the conversion kit include? Stub handlebars with 1” handlebars (available in three variants) triple clamp (original Triumph) for a tidy look mounting material assembly instructions with detailed step-by-step explanations Variants of the clip-on handlebars We offer three different types of clip-on handlebars, which differ in height and intended use: Sport Match: flat design without elevation – ideal for sporty driving. Speed Match: Medium version with a slight increase (+19 mm) - sporty and comfortable. Offset High: High version with a significant increase (+38 mm) - touring-friendly yet still active (our recommendation). The clip-on handlebars are available in different color combinations: black, silver or combined (silver steering tube/black clamps or vice versa). Clean-looking fork bridge Our fork bridge has a clean surface without the usual handlebar holes and without protruding sprue for instrument mounting. This makes the front look much flatter and tidier. In addition, we offer the fork bridge in black or silver. Optimized mounting of the instruments The fork bridge allows the instruments to be attached from below, which means that the speedometer cups sit lower and the machine has an even sportier, flatter look. Installation notes Please note: This kit is not a plug-and-play solution. Some modifications are required: Brake master cylinder: The sprue must be removed with a Dremel or air grinder. Lamp brackets: The metal sleeves have to be shortened to be able to mount the stub handlebars. Alternatively, milled lamp brackets + an ignition lock relocation kit from our range can be used. Mirrors: The original mirrors are not compatible. We recommend our handlebar end mirrors or mirrors with stems (adapters sold separately). All work and torque specifications are described in detail in the assembly instructions. Additional recommendation We recommend installing a shorter brake line, as the original line is often too long. You can also find suitable accessories in our shop.
