Hot Rod Exhaust System - AC

2-2 stainless steel complete system in side pipe - hot rod design, suitable for all air-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.

This exhaust system gives your Triumph a completely new look with E-number & road approval.
The Hot Rod system is a complete system & has optional catalytic converters installed in both pipes. The manifold pipes are significantly thicker than the original ones and look much more massive.
The exhaust system also has an indifferent pipe (connecting pipe between the two pipes, which is very important for performance and torque). The original catalytic converter is replaced.
The elimination of the rear silencer saves a lot of weight.

The sound of the hot rod exhaust system is top class and something special. It is really crisp / throaty and gives the twin engine a unique sound thanks to its slim muffler shape.

The exhaust system is supplied with removable DB killers. So if the exhaust is not loud enough for you, you can simply remove them.
The system has a nice rich, muffled sound.

The hot rod system is of very high quality and is handmade in Italy.

Available with or without KAT:
You can order the exhaust system with or without catalytic converters.
No catalytic converter is required for the carburetor models (but can still be ordered if you prefer the bike to be a little quieter).
A catalytic converter must be officially installed on the injection models. However, if you are looking for more sound and more power, we recommend ordering the version without catalytic converter.
