Unlike most other accessory chain guards, this chain guard was not simply copied from the original and then slightly modified visually. It has been designed to lie as flat as possible over the chain in order to be visually optimal and unobtrusive. This is because both the original chain guard and most accessory chain guards have a lot of clearance above the chain. However, our chain guard ensures that it does not come into contact with the chain while riding.
In addition, the guard is significantly shorter than the original, which protrudes far beyond the chain wheel. This looks much better and more harmonious. Good splash protection is therefore guaranteed as far as possible.

The kit also includes an aluminum chain fin in the same design, which replaces the original plastic fin.

The Raisch chain guards are made of 2 mm aluminum.

The aluminium chain guards are powder-coated in black, which guarantees a deep black finish for many years (unlike many anodized parts on the market).
