Product information “ PowerKit Scrambler 1200 Stage 2 ”

 

PowerKit Scrambler 1200 Stage 2 Consists of:

BMC sports air filter
Raisch air filter cover (with larger air intake)
USB stick with RAISCH special mapping for direct transfer to the ECU
- H-pipe / catalytic converter & pre-silencer replacement (only included with EU4 models)

EU5 models only have the catalytic converter in the rear silencer, a racing rear silencer must be installed for Stage 2 performance on EU5 models

 

The peak power increases by 3 HP and the maximum torque by 10 NM.
Vmax speed limit of 177 km/h is lifted by our mapping.

We increase the maximum speed by 500 rpm.

At approx. 4300 rpm we even achieve an increase of 7 hp.

As you can see from the performance curves, the entire usable rev range becomes stronger! And the middle rev range in particular, where you mainly ride, becomes significantly more powerful. The upper rev range is also more snappy, the engine revs up more willingly and freely, it simply feels freer and livelier! Throttle response is beautifully smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves drivability.

 

With Stage 2, you only gain approx. 1 hp more peak power compared to Stage 1, but the maximum torque increases by a further 4 NM . The middle rev range is noticeably more powerful. At around 4300 rpm, you gain another 5 hp compared to Stage 1.

The differences can be clearly seen in the performance curves (red = original, blue = Stage 2, green = Stage 1)

 

The increase in performance and improved driveability is active in all drive modes.

The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used.


The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were elaborately determined on the test bench with a lot of time invested.

These mappings can be downloaded to the vehicle yourself via app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug & play solution. This saves you having to do your own tuning on third-party test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, this also results in a more harmonious and smoother running engine. We increase the rev limit by 500 rpm, which is within the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not street legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. It is relatively easy to install yourself.
