Shorty mudguard for Triumph Bobber.
The classic among the short fenders for the Triumph Bobber. As the sides of this fender enclose the tire, it has a more classic look, blends in perfectly with the original vehicle line and underlines a classic chopper style. A clear view of the rear wheel combined with a harmonious overall look.

If you are out and about in the rain, it will of course only protect you from splash water to a limited extent. However, it does protect the shock absorber, airbox and various cables and relays, which are positioned directly in front of the rear wheel, from dirt, grime and stone chips. It is therefore more suitable for those of you who want to give your bobber a more minimalist line without taking away its classic look.
Because without a mudguard, it usually looks a bit strange.

The bracket system allows individual positioning of the mudguard:
The distance between the fender and the tire is adjustable, so you can adjust this precisely to the chain setting. Even when using different tire types, it is possible to adjust the height of the mudguard optimally. Note, however, that a tire expands at high speeds. A distance of at least 7 mm should therefore be set.
For an even more minimalist look, the mounting point for the original chain guard can be removed. You can remove this if you want to fit a short chain guard.

Like all KRT parts, this mudguard is also manufactured by us. From the prototype to the mold production to the finished carbon part, all work steps are carried out in-house.
The mudguards are manufactured using the RTM process, whereby the carbon fiber is impregnated with resin under vacuum and heat. This process enables extremely light and precisely fitting components. The fibers and resins used for production meet current aviation standards and are also used in the construction of rotor blades.

Versions and their surfaces:

The mudguard is available in a visible carbon version, for which we use a carbon canvas fabric that is also used by Ducati and Porsche. On request, owners of a Bobber TFC can obtain a special version in which we use a twill weave. The matt finish visually matches the original carbon parts of the TFC. However, as the TFC is limited, this part is only produced on request.

We also offer two ready-painted versions: one in gloss black and one in matt black. Both match the original colors. For those looking for individual color options, an unpainted RAW version is available. This is primed and optimally prepared for an individual paint job by your painter.

This side license plate holder is mounted on the left side of the swingarm of your machine. The license plate then sits behind the rear wheel (a registration at the TÜV is not necessary).As well as all parts that come from the house KRT Framework, the side license plate holder is of the highest quality and absolutely perfectly thought out. The license plate holder is welded together from bent tubes as well as laser cut parts. The license plate is then mounted on the high-quality anodized license plate holder plate.Visually just cool as well as on a bobber or a sporty Thruxton / Speed Twin to get a clean rear. Included are all mounting materials and a small LED license plate light (with E-number). The cables are routed through one of the two tubes so that they are not visible. The turn signal holder Frame for Bobber & Bobber Black allow the mounting of all turn signals with M8 thread on the inside of the frame on your Bobber. Visually, the turn signals are here as good as no longer noticeable, if you use nice small. From behind they are nevertheless very well visible, since they are higher than the rear wheel & the fender. In the pictures 3-1 turn signals are installed which combine tail light, brake light & turn signal in one. We then did not install a central tail light on the Bobber. This makes for an extremely tidy tail. Included with, are 2 black plastic caps that are pushed over the nuts of the turn signals so that they do not stand out. The holders are made of aluminum and then black powder coated.

Plug & play indicator/tail light combination, specially developed and manufactured for the Triumph Bobber. Very bright thanks to modern SMD LED technology.Made in Germany. The set is fully wired and no soldering or crimping work is required for installation. We deliver the indicator/rear light set already wired so that it can simply be connected plug & play to the original plug connection behind the battery of the Bobber. We have also integrated a cable for the license plate light into our blinker wiring harness and fitted it with a socket. The cable for the license plate light was deliberately left long so that it can be routed to the axle mount. So it's up to you which side license plate holder you choose. This kit has been specially developed for short mudguards, such as the short version from KRT (see accessories article in this product description).We have chosen the position of the indicators to be as inconspicuous as possible, but made sure that they are clearly visible during operation. Unfortunately, this position does not comply with the road traffic regulations (StVO) and may not officially be used in road traffic, as the indicators are too far away from the end of the rear wheel (however, a 100% clear and very good view of the 3-1 indicators is given, which is why we have no safety concerns with this kit).Even though the indicators have an E-mark, the short mudguard leaves little room for maneuver when positioning the indicators.
